We were new to REI Master in 2020 and switched to using REI Cloud in 2021 and have not regretted it. The Customer Service is quick response time and very helpful. Would recommend

REI Cloud is AMAZING! Being with REI for years, upgraded all the way from the initial EzyRez to REI Master to REI Cloud. Same awesome support from the most wonderful staff in the world, the only difference it is the software gets better and better each time. Especially REI Cloud! Absolutely a whole new level of working experience! I am not a technology savvy; REI Cloud made my job so much easier by able to work anywhere to operate my daily task as a busy onsite manager. No need to stick in the office anymore! Big thumbs up to REI Cloud and all the incredible staff behind this dream programme!

We used these products for a year and then decided to switch to another company. As soon as we told them we were switching they started with pressure sales tactics and then locked us out of the cloud system. So we are paying for a product that we don't have access which we still need. We will now be contacting the ACCC or relevant bodies. It doesn't feel ethical to withhold a companies private data particularly when we are still paying for the service. Don't trust them.

Difficult , hard to learn after using Rei master for 8 years worst mistake trying to swap to cloud program . Adobe to fill out forms everything is steps longer .

After Console was hacked and there were no back ups and the whole database was lost and Console did not care, I started fresh with REI Cloud and they are amazing! If you have any problems they get back to you straight away, customer service is great, so happy I changed :)

I have been usig REIMaster/REI Cloud for several years now for both our holiday and permanent rentals. We have found it easy to learn, easy to use, the staff are prompt and very helpful at all times. I would highly recommend to any property management company. Shame about the below reviews, this has certainly not been our experience at all.
