I would like to commend Sarah Motawi for her professionalism and help. The whole rental process was made smoother and easier by her expertise. She was to hand to answer and solve all my questions promptly. The whole experience of renting a car was very much improved because of her assistance and help. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I cannot sing her praises highly enough. I rented a car at short notice because my sister was going into hospital for surgery so time and communication were very important.

Amazing customer service. James helped me out today and made everything so simple and gave me a great deal. When looking for a car to rent, I found that James was the most helpful in answering all my queries and was super fast at replying and helping me out. I was able to pick the car up hours after inquiring! The easiest process and so happy with my Vehicle.

Great service. I leased a car off them for a few months, I had an issue with the clutch in the vehicle and they arranged a tow truck and replacement vehicle virtually the same day. Always easy to reach for customer service and just made everything simple and not overcomplicated.
