Such a well laid out beautiful shop with an ever changing stock. The sale items are amazing with extra reductions often. The shop to go for divine linen, napery, cushions, faux plants, small furniture, baskets, decor items, baby shower and cute seasonal wares. Plenty of parking and a fabulous coffee shop for that well earned rest.

Lovely shop.. customer service didn't exist. Two staff talking at front desk oblivious to who was coming in or out ..no hello. On the way out same thing, still there talking about upcoming members birthday, no bye ladies. Wasn't just us anyone that came in.

I popped into Pillow Talk yesterday to see if I could get a good deal on some cushions. All the staff are so amazing they really do bend over backwards to help it’s really such a lovely shopping experience here. Alana helped me with a couple of purchases, she was so warm, friendly and welcoming I couldn’t help but chat to her as if she were a personal friend. I bought a long rattan bench for some extra seating in my living room and Alana helped me to squeeze it into my tiny car even though it was freezing cold outside in the late afternoon. I couldn’t have done it without her help, she went above and beyond to help me with my albeit ambitious purchase. My utmost gratitude for all of her help yesterday and to everyone I encountered there for making my experience a thoroughly joyful one. I can’t stop looking at my beautiful new bench. It reminds me of being on holidays despite that being wishful thinking in the current climate. Though I did manage to squeeze a whole bench into my itsy bitsy Mirage, surely a holiday couldn’t be much harder than that…

It was disappointing. Some lovely products and I had picked out several items in my hand waiting at the front desk for a while. The assistants served everyone else who came in after me as I waited patiently. Unfortunately, the assistants didn’t even acknowledge I was there or apologise for the wait and I left. I ended up going to Adairs across the road and buying a lot more than intended. It was a shame.
