Great customer service the ladies are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I had time to spare and decided to check out the clinic for advice on how to take care of my skin. The ladies explained the different types of products and what would benefit my skin type and as I love to dive they introduced me to the best sunscreen I have ever tried. Went in for a skin tag removal, they couldn't peform this even though they knew this was what I was coming in for, then they put hydraulic acid on my skin, and this has caused my face to go bright red, dry and irritated, and has undone the LED light therapy I have been having done to reduce my redness. My face was finally calming down before I went into this clinic.Beware, they don't seem to know how to treat sensitive red skin, and are only interested in selling you products and not looking after your skin

Loved the service and clinic, ladies are professional and knowledgeable. Numbing cream is used as a complimentary service when getting lip filler, which made it pretty much painless (I have found other places dont offer this cream- which makes getting lip filler extremely painful). Laser has been great, peels always feel so refreshing and my skin goals are being met. Thanks ladies.

BUYER BEWARE!! Rip off artists, be very very careful what you think you 'purchase' in advance. ABN Numbers etc aren't valid and fair trading are investigatingReply edit: I'm the partner of a very upset client who spent a LOT of money here, I don't need to worry about contacting you because my partner did and got nowhere. This is merely a review to warn others of your dodgy business practises and pathetic customer service. So don't worry about it for now, but you will be hearing from Fair Trading in the new year
