Dr Ken Nurse Ebony were amazing and made me feel welcome and comfortable as possible through the whole surgical procedure. It had bad anxiety of the unknown but they made the process very comfortable and reassured me from start to finish. Amazing doctor and nurse team. However I was not able to make the full payment of 300 due to my pay cycle and lack of sick leave, this irritated Sue the receipt and she was very blunt with her response and suggested I should not have had the procedure done until I could afford to. After further discussion she agreed I could make a part payment which I did. My next visit to examine and dressing change once again was very confronting as I felt the outstanding balance took precedence over my health. While examining my wound it felt they were more interested in the balance owing. I wish Medicare would cover the initial visit but they don’t and you only receive a percentage back once paid in full. I also hope that people would pay their medical expenses so it would not be difficult to ask for payment plans. I also hope that staff consider the way they speak to patients about costs and be more empathetic to everyone’s situation.Thank you

I would give this place a zero star. Booked an appt for tele health and doctor didnt even call once. Calling their reception three times to chase my appt and wait time is over 20 minutes got nowhere.

I checked in for 2 pm appointment today. Reception advise me of a fee- because -is Anzac Day.There was nothing on app or website that I be charged a fee because is Anzac Day.I feel this is not an honest charge to Paients and Government at all.I feel the management or Doctors need to decide before any appointment is made what will be the charges. I made this appointment 7 days ago. It said make it between 8 to 5 and is bulk billed. I refused to pay. I will see what the management Got to say.The reception and my doctors are ok.

Been a patient of the clinic since 2018 have see a few.of the Dr's and don't have any complaintsabout any (have gone to get scripts done, check up, medical cert etc)I do recommend Dr Parvin I have been seeing her recently as my primary Doc. She's wonderful, great manner, very happy with my level of care.Clinic does bulk bill (if you're concession and have appointments Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)

DR ROZINA Is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I left in absolute tears after her rude and horrible judgment. She was absolute no help made me feel embarrassed for asking for help and I will never see her again.

Staff are always lovely. No complaints there. But….I always book my GP appointment in the morning, their first appointment of the day. And they’re always late, always. I’m waiting 30mins plus just because they’re not in the building yet. I try to be understanding, but it’s happen multiple times now. It’s unfair when I have other commitments, and now they’re affected because the GP doesn’t arrive to work on time.

Unfortunately the friendly receptionists can't save the horrible way this place is operated.Had an appointment with Dr Kumar at 12:40, arrived at 12:30 and filled out paperwork then sat down next to the 2-3 other people that were waiting.I expected a bit of a wait, but not to wait an hour and a half and watch people that had been there for ten minutes get in before me even though I had confirmed with reception that I was on Kumar's waiting list after around 40 minutes of waiting.By 2pm I'd had enough and cancelled my appointment.

I went to the respiratory clinic today and I was very worried about my 10 week old son. The staff were so accommodating and lovely. They put my mind at ease and made the experience enjoyable. My son got all of the attention he loves too.From a new mum to the Respiratory staff, thankyou so much

I have booked my appointment via online and from reception advised me there was no bookings for me. I showed her confirmation email from their centre. However 1 hour later Dr called me , they found my booking.this is not the 1st time happening with me with this medical centre. So please after make your online booking please confirm with reception.

I was in desperate need of a prescription but couldn't get an appointment for days! Due my my condition, I just couldn't wait! I called Melton Medical and spoke to Rose, who was so polite and listened to my concerns. Rose went above and beyond to help me and I can't thank her enough. Dr Shepherd called me an hour or so later and was able to assist my emergency. Thank you, I really appreciate your service from reception to the Dr's assistance.
