For espresso enthusiasts, this Breville Factory Outlet has a lot to offer. I enjoyed my visit, being well served by their cheerful staff. I bought two coffee bean grinders with timers at a price that I could not find anywhere else. I also got two of the larger knock boxes that are unique in their construction for easy cleaning. Since I own three espresso machines (business, home, motorhome) I will get get a third grinder and knock box today.

After visiting today I’m very disappointed at the behaviour and unprofessional nature of the staff.Whilst browsing the store we overheard a great deal at the till point of a customer spending $100 they got a coffee machine for just $5. I approached a member of staff to ask them about the deal that I’d overheard. The member of staff said they will check with her colleague.My wife was closer to the till point and overheard the two members of staff saying that as we currently only had small items at the moment that we were “cheap skates” and to only offer us the lowest model.Very unprofessional and definitely a warning to others.

Bought a new factory second espresso machine from here at a really good price. There was an issue with it, and they replaced it with a new display model straight away. Great service from very friendly staff!

Shopping here is like intruding on a knitting circle, there's no focus on customers or sales and things move at a speed like someone flicked the slow motion switch. The RRP prices listed are usually higher than the everyday prices at other retail stores, and the sale prices are the same as other retailers. The seconds prices might sometimes be 10-20% cheaper than new, but there's seldom any seconds stock of popular items. Better off shopping online.

So many bargains here. Bought a kettle here as a factory second and it's in perfect condition and working order. Massive discounts on coffee machines as well. Ladies that work there super knowledgeable and friendly

The customer service from these guys are awesome. Really friendly and helpful.Just heads up, your factory seconds are just that, seconds. Yes, you may be paying less than RRP, however don't expect your product to last. I purchased the Bambino Plus June 17 2021 for $349. It normally retails at $699. A huge differance, of course. However, I expected it to work for at least 24 months.It stopped working today 10 July 2022, after unplugging, re-plugging it back in, etc. No lights, did not start, 23 days after 12 month repair warranty ended.There so many frustrating things with the bambino, that I'm glad it died. However, I didn't have the funds I expected to purchase a retro DeLonghi. So with the expectation of only lasting 12 months if I'm lucky, I purchased a basic model, at $129, that does the same thing, but without the high price tag of the annoying Bambino.I took photos of them side-by-side, Bambino Plus on the left, the Cafe Venezia on the right.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. My wife also posted back in January when our less than a year old Breville coffee machine broke. They were rude and an absolute nightmare to deal with. They blatantly ignore consumer law, they will not offer refunds, only repairs even when the customer is entitled to a refund. They take weeks and weeks to repair. We've had our repaired machine back for two weeks and now it's broken again. Our only option is to go back for another repair with long delays in returns. Seriously not worth it. Every time we've been in store, people have been returning their coffee machines for repairs too so it's a common issue. Buy from here at your own risk.
