What a shocker!! Worst burgers we have ever had! They were obviously pre made and were dry and disgusting. Inedible. Chips were cold - won’t be back.

I ordered a large iced chocolate and a carry cup from this hungry jacks. When I got the iced chocolate, I tasted it and it was a large iced coffee, I told them about there mistake and they messed up the order again and I got another iced coffee. When I told a lady, she told me that she made a iced chocolate the first time and then grabbed one from the bin and poured it showing me. She said aggressively “see it was a iced chocolate” she didn’t make another one and I got left with an iced coffee (I don’t like iced coffee so I didn’t drink it). I feel like she wasn’t treating me with respect because I was in school uniform. When I received my carry cup I got 2 nuggets instead of three, but I was too scared to tell them because of how they treated me last time.

30th march 830 pm.Worst Burger experience ever from a H J,s. Grill master Burger cold. Patties dry and crusty definitely not freshly cooked. Wrong size bun. Eg cheese Burger bun.Normally this store is great. Not this time.

Absolutely disappointing and disgusting only the 2nd time we have eaten here. The dining area was littered with rubbish and mess everywhere, when I asked if someone could please come and wipe the table down I was told no we are short staffed so then I asked for a cloth so I could wipe the table down. Mind you there were 4 staff members sitting in the dining around.

One of the best Hungry Jack stores I’ve been to in Western Australia.Super quick service with a smile!Staff is attentive, courteous and friendly.The burger I had - Whopper Cheese, was perfect!The dining area is clean and tidy.The washroom and front door area could have cleaned better and that’s the only negative point resulted 4 Star otherwise I definitely rated 5 Stars.

Apart from the 20 minute wait, without anyone in front of me, it was good. The wait caused the low rating, woukd have made it one star apart from upgrade from small to large for the wait ... but i was gobsmacked by such a delay for a small order

Food is completely inedible and we are sick of it. You never included kids toys, there are always items missing. The whole point of fast food is I shouldn't need to supply my own spoon to eat the product. Just poor quality consistently, do not recommend. Literally trash fodder and even the dog turns her nose up at it. Disgusting.
