Can't recommend this mechanic". He had son's car for over a month. Did nothing

I can't express how happy I was to be recommended to this place. Saturday morning, not many mechanics opened, my car making a weird noise with AC on and while steering to the right. Some said belt, AC compressor, etc. No one had time to have a look till Monday.Then I got to JA. The owner was just amazing. Took time to explain, came for a drive with me, identified the noise and pinpoint the problem. It was dirt building up and water from the AC not leaking. Took him 10 minutes to put it up and fix it. We went for another drive, he found another problem with low rpms and vibration. Fixed that as well in another 10 minutes. And all that while dealing with other customers as well!!!I can't say enough about how happy I am to have found this mechanic. I really really appreciated his honesty and help and the fact that he was willing to help me get my car back on track on a very busy Saturday. It ment a lot to me. Kind, Honest and Top Knotch Professional that is how Jorge came across within less than one hour spent with him. I will definitely come back anytime I have an issue.

Jorge and his team helped me out so much on short notice and done an amazing job fixing the issue with my clutch.They go above and beyond with professional service and i highly recommend them.

Jorge and the crew run such a professional and super friendly establishment. I've been a loyal customer, since they were a few streets away from where they currently are, for many years. The support and care I've witnessed and experienced JA apply to each customer is rare and comforting for new clients that are looking to come into the shop for the first time. The whole team is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Very hard to come by in this day and age. I live 20km away from JA and I don't think twice when it's time to service my vehicle. Those who live locally you are very fortunate.

They had my car 2 months, drove it daily, used the full tank of fuel I left it with, kept the intercooler pipe I left to fit and never did anything to my vehicle. I would not recommend this mechanic at all.

So impressed with the customer support here at JA Autocare, Jorge the owner went out of his way to help me when my campervan broke down and I lost my home essentily. He drove me personally to get a rental car. He has the most warm heart of any mechanic I've ever known. The team of boys are also top notch. Super friendly and funny too which helps allot when your stressed about your breakdown. Mechanic for life, thank you.
