Top quality family-oriented practice with plenty of available parking at any time. Our family's doctor is first class, empathetic, extremely knowledgeable and personable. Reception staff are kind and receptive. We were late for a recent appointment, and they were flexible and accommodating. Our doctor is Dr Robbie Taylor, and I can't speak highly enough of him. Highly recommended. No bulk billing available though, to my knowledge.

I love the new fresh look of the renovated Practice where it now is upstairs. I was able to get into see a doctor within a 24hr time frame which was far more accommodating than 3 other local medical practices. The reception staff were friendly and attempted to fit me in earlier the late afternoon before. I appreciated their help in my urgent need. The doctor who saw me was very thorough and professional.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly with the doctor of my choice. The receptionist staff are friendly and helpful and the pricing structure is very fair. Dr Collins was very patient with me, listened to my concerns, took them seriously and offered options and sensible advice.

The welcome at Reception was warm and friendly, being a new patient the required process was explained in a relaxed yet professional manner.Doctor La was also welcoming, I was impressed with his thoroughness, his relevant questioning, his responses confirming that he was listening, understanding and progressing to identify my needs. Doctor La carried out test, diagnosed and discussed treatment and pain management. All this was done systematically and respectfully.The whole team projected professionalism and care in a friendly relaxed manner, under the circumstances of my condition a very enjoyable experience.
