We initially went into the Weeks Design Studio during an open day, and were quite impressed with all the different offerings and finishes. That led us to having a chat with one of the consultants, Karen. She was excellent, providing us with all the options available, and giving us a better idea of what plan design would work best for our piece of land.Since then, we have worked closely with Karen, who has been very accommodating, assisting us to achieve everything we had hoped for in our future build. The process so far has been transparent and well communicated, and we look forward to further progressing our home build. Thanks for all the great work so far!

Unbelivable, how arrogant company it is, they are below every single standards throghout the whole process. Made serious mistakes in planning, in the foundation, nearly everything went wrong even after a year delay from starting the project. Now the approved plan and the reality does not match, and they refuse to take any responsibilty for their mistakes. They are only good in charging you for everything. Should go to court now, to sue these crims.

My wife and I had a lot of questions and uncertainties being first home buyers; from budgeting, build process, financing, land and building packaging and settlement. Basically we needed hand-holding through the process.Neil Childs is a top class consultant and delivered. Looking forward to the whole building journey with his team.

My wife and i have found that Weeks have been nothing but professional and very accommodating. Any issues we raised along the way were sorted quickly or communications provided so they kept us in the loop most of the time. Finishings and selections were great and very affordable. I would totally build with Weeks again if i needed to.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Daniel Connole as our building site supervisor and I can confidently say that he is one of the best in the business. From start to finish, Daniel Connole demonstrated a deep knowledge and understanding of the building process, and was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had.One of the things that stood out to me about Daniel Connole was his commitment to excellence. Thanks to his attention to detail and tireless work ethic, my home build was completed on time and to a level of quality that exceeded my expectations. A few things have to be touched up but you will get that with any build. In addition to his technical expertise, Daniel Connole also had a fantastic personality and communication skills. He was always friendly, approachable, and patient with my requests and inquiries. I felt completely at ease working with him, knowing that he had my best interests at heart and was dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction with the home build.Overall, I would highly recommend Daniel Connole as a building site supervisor. Thank you again, Daniel Connole, for an outstanding job!

I am on prebuilding phase. Customer service is average so far. The area they can work on is accurate budgeting. Everything is under provisioned, when actual cost came up everything was higher than provisioning blowing up the budget.

I have to agree with many of you here. Design consultant (A) during consultancy stage was friendly. She took all my notes of what i wanted in the design and relayed to their Drafting team for drawings documentation. Many mistakes were made on the drawings when they issued them to me. I wondered if they actually checked and reviewed the drawings internally before issuing to the customers or expect customers to do all the checks/reviews for them. What if the customers are not technically conversant at reviewing the drawings. I would have assumed the review work would be an effort of Weeks internal procedure, not left to the customers. After all that was what the design consultation was for - with the design consultant. Felt treated like just a transaction. Was told during consultation in 2020 that expected building completion would be around May 2022 - fair.Final contract signed early of 3rd quarter 2021 and communicated with design consultant if May 2022 was still realistic and was still told very likely. Come April 2022, not even frame of the building was up. Tbh can't blame them as delay was also a result of Covid. A few months later, was told that the revised date of completion would be November 2022. Come November, still could not complete with large sections of the internal not completed (e.g. carpentry, appliances, wardrobes, tiling, wet area plumbing, flooring, carpeting, etc.). Was then informed by site supervisor verbally (instead of Weeks office) that completion is now pushed back to February 2023. Still haven't had a formal correspondence from Weeks on the liekyl handover date. Also, i am hesitant if this 'new date' can be achieved as there are many internals that have not even commenced. Then recently, came the progress claim for Stage 5 requesting me to release the second to last 20% payment. Checked my Contract and noted that Stage 5 progress claims requires all carpentry work to be completed for the payment. The last 10% was for practical completion. Luckily had taken some photos of the property internals couple of weeks earlier while of site with site supervisor and most carpentry works in WIL, WIP, Bed1, Bed2 and Bed3 had not even commenced. Then sent an email to their office to request for clarification on the basis of the progress claim for stage 5 when most of the internals have yet to commence. Office rang me and asked how i knew they have not commenced to which i responded i have the photos. Office coordinator (R) told me i was not supposed to be on site without site supervisor. Red flag!! Instead of addressing my actual query of the progress claim against actual work done (or not done in this case) first up, the original subject was diverted. Had to clarify that i was on site with site supervisor weeks ago and that's when i got the shots. Clearly being deflective and unprofessional in the way my query was addressed. Then she told me she would send my query to the site supervisor for clarification of the progress claim. I was completely baffled as it appears there was no communication between their internal people of what to claim. Felt like i am being made to pay for work that has not even started and then informed me that their account department has no clue of what is being claimed as it came from the site supervisor. Not sure if Weeks work as Weeks or different people is responsible for their own work and that i am required to deal with each of them respectively. Really poor internal communication and appears that responsibility is being shrugged off. You would expect that if you sent a formal query to the office regarding this, you would get a formal response regardless of who is responsible for what internally in their department. All in all, my experience with dealing with various people in Weeks have been really unpleasant to say the least. I am still awaiting response from them as to the basis of the progress claim for stage 5 and am no closer to having a notification of when the property will be able to handover.I would be really careful building with them.
