He returns calls, he turned up when he said that he would, his work was neat, he cleaned up after he was finished and his prices were reasonable. Michael was so friendly and professional to deal with. He was transparent about the cost of the quote and the level of the works. When he ran into a complication in the removal of my old hot water system, he walked me through my options and was careful and diligent in his removal of it. I also received a 7 warranty on the work.
