Have been trying to contact the sales rep since December!!Email, phone, display centre visit - finally got hold of the rep and he was getting back to us in a week (that was in February) - never heard from him again.Given up chasing them and building with another company now.

Slightly difficult to find but once there Staff are helpful and professional, willing to take time to answer all your questions or get the answer to you. We even attended near close and they was still happy to help us out.

The sales rep never returns calls or emails......I have had to keep calling until he answers the phone. The building was delivered several months late. The building is good quality but had some issues with the installation of the building at the site. I have provided numerous emails with photos and made follow up phone calls. the after sales service is non existentNickSouth Australia
