Olivia's sessions are difficult to label, I can only speak for my experience which was a combination of: therapy, NLP, life path coaching, spirituality (I'll say that one again-- SPIRITUALITY), guidance, mind-and-heart-opening journey, and to top it all off, there is a massage. Mine was far from relaxing since I was doing so much inner work. If I had let go more though, it would have been the epitome of 'Relaxing'. I like that she didn't hook me in at the end with when would you like a follow up massage?" or any gimmicks. I didn't feel like just a number. I said

Olivia is the best masseuse I’ve ever been to. Consummately professional, with a wonderful style and manner. Her massages are holistic wellness experiences and I would recommend highly to anyone looking for a healing and relaxing journey. Additionally, Olivia looked after me throughout pregnancy and I wouldn’t go to anyone else if pregnant again, so wonderful.
