I booked a Groupon voucher for eyelash extensions some time ago. I had attempted to book online with no return call or email to confirm my appointment. I also attended the salon and was told to text/email (which I did both - on multiple occasions over the period of two weeks) with absolutely no response from the owner at all. Finally, I called and left messages to return my call to no avail. I had to contact Groupon for a refund because of the lack of contact I received. If this is the way Groupon customers are treated, then I would suggest not offering Groupon vouchers in the first place.

I got a first appointment for an eyeliner tattoo a few months ago. Trish was comfortable, happy and very chatty so she gave me a good vibe. The problem was that it took forever to be done like over 3 hours. When I had to pay, I paid cash and I hand over a bigger note than the actual price and I think Trish thought I was giving her a tip; I didn’t say anything because I was very much embarrassed. But anyway the result of the tattoo was very light and very thin and you couldn’t see the eyeliner on my upper eyelids but Trish reassured me the second time it will be more visible.So I Went there for a second time, stayed there from 12 pm until 4ish pm and I was so tired, my eyes were so much soar and the result was so bad as well. Barely visible, not right shape. I talked to Trish about the result and she told me that she would give me a call back once the holiday season will be over. Unfortunately after a few months no one called me back. Very bad service, waste of time and money.

A professional who is highly trained, she will explain what suits not only your skin, but when it comes to semi permanent makeup explains the whole process in a way that puts you at ease, knowing you're in the hands of an expert

I got done eyeliner cosmetic tattoo and I'm delighted with the result! Trish is very professional and friendly, she looked after me with great care! Outstanding customer service, the studio is neat and cozy! I definitely recommend this place!

Disappointed and annoyed at the lack of professionalism after the lash beautician was a no-show for my 2 hour appointment.I booked an appointment via the business website for Luxurious Eyes, and turned up for my 2 hour appointment, only to find the salon was locked and no one was there.It was raining hard, dark and cold; I was fortunate enough that the charismatic and kind gift-shop owner next door allowed me to shelter at her shop.For anyone with a special event, I would be looking elsewhere to avoid the frustration.There’s been no follow up phone call, message or email to reach out about the appointment. I don’t think you can rate lower than one star on here.

I had a terrible experience and a botched job with my eyebrow tattoos at Dynamics Skin Services. I was scared to let anyone else touch my eyebrows again. I had a voucher for the eyeliner tattoo and Trish went above and beyond to put me at ease. Her attention and care was amazing which made the decision to have her correct the botched eyebrows so much easier.Trish takes her time and consults you at each step to ensure you are getting exactly what you are asking for. I've since been back for a touch up and the brows looking amazing.I've also been back to Trish for some 5D eyelashes and will definitely use her for everything else in the future. I'm so happy with her service and have recommended her to family and friends.Thank you Trish!! you are a gem!!

Trish at Luxurious Eyes is fabulous, professional, personable, and she knows what she is doing. I have been going there for years after trial and error at other places where I was left with shocking eyelashes and stinging eyes. Not with Trish at Luxurious Eyes. I go from drab to glamorous within a short period of time and no stinging eyes. Everyone always comments on how terrific and glamorous I look after seeing Trish. I also get my eyebrows done there, too. Highly recommended! *****

Amazing experience getting eyelashes today. I was nervous as my eyes are sensitive and they really took that on board. They even managed to attach lashes to some very short eyelashes, looks very natural. I will be going back and have recommended to friends already.
