Do Not Go Here If You Value Your Clothes.After taking something in to get stains removed, it was returned to me torn - in two places.The sly woman working there, tried every trick of the trade to evade taking any responsibility for the damage done. I had to unpleasantly pressure her into repairing the damage, when she did the quality of the stitching by her 'dressmaker' was truly abysmal!I experienced a compete disregard for customer care and runs the business like an American Tycoon - Take all you can give nothing back. I hope there is guilt and shame for what has happened here, but also that there is enough passion for the business that they will work hard to ensure this doesn't happen again.My first encounter with the staff member was actually very pleasant, such a shame it turned out like this.Bad business.

Absolute disgust, was charged $56 for 2 casual jackets?? I will be paying a visit for a please explain? WTF.

Took a new $400 suit in to be dry cleaned. Had only been worn once and never been dry cleaned. The front panels of the jacket have been left puckered because the high heat of the press they used on the front of the jacket has melted the glue on the interfacing - despite very clear instructions on the care label. I went in to ask them what they would do about it and they said it was a manufacture problem. They were not prepared to do anything to rectify the situation. Stay away from these people.

Mitzi did a fantastic cleaning job of my sheep wool underlay. As a matter of fact, all my dry cleaning has been top drawer with Solitaire. I'm very fussy about the quality of my dry cleaned garments.
