I would like to thank Dr Heba for her kindness and care, she went way beyond for me today when she saw I was anxious, I apologize to the gentleman who had to wait, then unfortunately left whilst Dr Heba took longer than my appointment to attend to my care. My visits to KRS are always handled professionally, I also had an appointment with my usual GP Dr Saldevar, whilst having to attend a doctor’s surgery is not ideal, Dr Saldevar is always up for a friendly chat and puts my mind at ease. Thank you KRS for being our family medical practice.

Reception lady is really rude, hung up on us because she didn’t want to listen.Would recommend visiting other clinics if possible.

Went to KRS for the first time, amazing staff at the reception.My 3 year old kid had stomach issues and Dr. Monica Tadros explained the whole issue and solutions very thoroughly.Had a great experience.

The doctor i seen misdiagnosed eczema for something entirely else today. Straight after seeing went got second opinion have also been to this medical office before to get my scripts for mental health and was told today that none of my records for it exist now so could not prescribe my needed script. Will not return an also overly priced.

I talked to Heba Aezr . They told me that she's a doctor and the owner of their practice . And that is something illegal.I thought that she's going to help us and not do the same thing her practise manager did with our mum .They didn't take care of Mum while mum was in very hard time.I even have recorded of that .I hope you guys can change your mean and help with the rest of staff that mum needed or this is going to be escalated.

Absolutely appalling haven’t been to a doctors in a long time needed mental help from very young yet know where in wagga could help. I’m older now and thought I’ll give it another go. Had a rough 2022 got in the little bit of try blue and the court ordered I get a mental health plan. The admin thing told me that because I’m a criminal I will not be considered anywhere and it’s not the practices fault. I do get that but no need to be a c*** straight away making me feel horrible yet she had no idea of my situation. Horrible people horrible place horrible practice
