WOW! Best massage I've ever had, seriously! I was so tight through my neck and back but feel so much better. The team here are skilled and obviously trained well. I was super impressed particularly because I never have very high expectations when it comes to shopping centre massage places. Highly recommended! Thanks :)

Had a massage with hot rocks and could feel all the knots in my back being massaged out .. other places I’ve been Too have been very rough but here was perfect nice and gentle massaging. Will be going back for massage and cupping

I got an awesome deep tissue massage . Sarah who did the massage, was experienced and wonderful! She knows the right way to get those tight muscles back in shape.I will definitely go back to her again.

Went here today for a massage & masseuse put one hand on me while I was laying face-down on the table. She was using her mobile phone whilst massaging me one-handed. It was a terrible massage so I got up and saw her using her phone. When I confronted her she apologised but I just left. I do NOT recommend going here.

I have struggles some days walking.I attended He Qi Health just to get Foot Reflexology to see if I could find a little relief.The lady who did the service suggested some further work on my legs as well.I walked out an hour and a little later and I could walk without as much pain or pressure on my feet.It has been 2 days, and still no pain.Thank you Sunny for the therapy.

Walked into He Qi will neck and shoulder pain after a bad sleep. Staff were helpful in selecting which treatment would be most beneficial. The cupping + 30min remedial massage was magic and I felt an instant relief of pressure. Trained staff in traditional Chinese therapies. Would highly recommend
