Disappointing service from the parts department. Phoned three weeks ago to put through an order for roof racks for my Sportage S to go away for Australia Day. Phoned them 1.5 weeks later, only to be told that the order was never put through. Order was put through again, but they ordered the roof racks for the GT model instead, which don't fit. Have had to call around, with 2 days until we go away, to find a Kia in Brisbane with the correct roof racks in stock. I then found out that Bayside charged me the amount of the roof racks plus install. I never asked for the install to be done. Will be returning the incorrect roof racks them for a full refund.

We attended Keema Kia wanting to trade in the old and purchase a new vehicle. That's exactly what happened.We dealt with Sam who's wealth of knowledge on Kia's were not what we expected. Such a surprise to us for a guy at such a young age! He was honest and genuinely wanting to help us find what's right for us. Gave us his opinion on what would be suitable for a family of four. Benefits and losses on choosing the cars we suggested.Thanks Sam - for your honestly, friendliness and for allowing us to pick up the vehicle in 7 days. Even purchased little gifts for my two boys as part of the car package :)For all the other car sales consultants out there.. Be like Sam!

Fay went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, our car arrived 3-4 weeks ahead of schedule, having bought three cars from her in the last five years we wouldn’t buy through anyone else, if you're looking for someone with a great personality and ability to go above and beyond give Fay a call and she will be happy to help you out! Disappointing from start to finish.Signed a contract for a Seltos in June 22 and told it would arrive by December 22 or January 23.The salesman we dealt with gave a variety of excuses why it had not arrived by April 23 including twice being told that we had decided to change colours (which we hadn't).When he finally advised that he wasn't sure where our car was and it would indeed be a different colour than the one we ordered (if it ever turned up) we decided to take up his offer of a demo model available in the yard.Only reason I am posting publicly on Google is because we didn't receive the customer satisfaction survey which he said all customers are sent after a purchase.If you do use this company to purchase a vehicle, ensure you deal with either Sam or Faylene who both seemed helpful and knowledgeable, unlike our salesman who I won't name here.

Highly recommend the service team at Keema Bayside Kia.I needed my Kia Rio looked at and they were able to diagnose the problem within 24 hours of my call. They were able to ship a part from Sydney within 48 hours, and have it installed. The team was very attentive, keeping me updated on the status of my car.I am very satisfied and will return for my next servicing.

The initial sales rep was good. I enjoyed our engagement for the sales process. However once the sale was completed and we were in line for a car, the experienced changed. We were advised 12 months for a car which we accepted, however we got different updates from different people and in the end due to the inability of this dealership to provide any real updates and a change in our circumstance we went else where, I was advised we would get a refund of our deposit and it would have the return in up to 7 days. 56 days later it has finally been refunded. Sam had an absolutely amazing wealth of knowledge and didn’t try to persuade or push a sale, instead answering any and all questions I had, and telling me the pros and cons of the different styles and models I was interested in. The most disgusting sales experience we have ever encountered in our lives. Last year in July we visited Keema Bayside Kia and ordered a brand new car. We were told it would be an 8 month wait but we were OK with this. The saleswoman assured us that if the 2022 model we were ordering was automatically converted to the 2023 model, we would NOT have to pay any more than agreed upon even if Kia increases the prices.Throughout several phone calls and emails, the saleswoman assured us multiple times that the price was remaining the same. My pickup date was set for this week and once again the saleswoman confirmed the price of the vehicle as agreed upon last year. I sent the money through and was excited to pick up my new car.The next day, the saleswoman calls me and tells me that she needs more money for the car (even though I already paid for it as agreed). I found this absolutely disgusting. The small amount extra they were asking for could have easily been absorbed by them but instead they chose corporate greed over an existing sale and was happy to cancel my order if I refused to pay the extra. I was happy to cancel the order out of principle. I no longer want the car and I - nor anyone in my family will ever buy a Kia, especially from Keema Bayside Kia ever again.Enjoy the brand new car guys I'm sure you will find someone who you can rip off once again.
