Ray White Hope Island

May 23, 2020, I placed an offer on a property. I received a reply, and was asked to fill up a form for a multi-offer. I was told that there were more offers, so put on my ‘best offer’. I replied that it was my best offer. A day or two, I was told that the seller accepted another offer, which was ‘way’ better than my offer, fair enough, After 3 weeks , I was looking for a property and saw the same property is still on the market. I rang up the agent, that was June 16, 2020. The agent told me that they will know the next day if the finance will go unconditional (after more than 3 weeks). I was told they would contact me for an update. Today, July 7, 2020, I am looking at real estate.com, and the property is up for auction and no dates yet.What’s going on, mate? Is this something Fair Trading should look at?

Horrible customer service; The woman who served us was rude from the get go and very condescending. Called for a week straight following up properties I was interested in and the woman, who was a real estate agent there, ignored my calls on purpose and did not reply to any emails. Finally I decided to called the office and the receptionist said she would pass on the information and still have heard nothing. It has been 5 days since we were meant to head back. I'm disgusted and I will never ever go through ray white because of the experience I had there. Seemed their was lack of experience, manners and customer service!

I phoned Ray White hope island agent Thomas Fliniks this morning with an enquiry regarding a home he is representing for his vendor in Westward Way Coomera Waters. Thomas was extremely rude attempting to qualify me financially on the phone and the entire experience was like pulling teeth when i simply wanted to enquire about viewing the property. I wouldn't purchase a home from this agent simply based of my experience with him this morning. I was absolutely blown away how this man came across while representing the interests of somebody who has entrusted him to sell their property. I feel sorry for his vendor and he brings shame on ray White Hope Island.

Victor was very prompt in responding to all the questions and matters that I sought his assistance. He was very kind, polite, professional, prompt, efficient and knowledgeable.
