Koenig have been fantastic to deal with. I am so happy with my new machine. Fantastic quality, exactly what I was after. Stefan is so knowledgeable and has been a great help throughout the whole process, from enquiry and delivery to tech support afterwards. Definitely recommend.

I was looking for a laser machine to upgrade from my current cheap K40 laser. So I had specific requirements. After researching a few companies, Koenig Machinery was a company that ticked all the boxes.Stefan for Koenig was amazing. From demonstration, to installation and support post installation, his knowledge and a willingness to help, affirmed the decision to go with Koenig. After having this machine for 2 months, I could not be more happier.

Stefan in the Sydney branch is NOT a salesman, even though this is technically his role. Stefan will take the time to find out your needs and match a machine to suit you. He never goes for the hard sell, and this is quite refreshing.We bought our machine in May 2021and it has run like a Swiss Watch, despite the fact that we may not have conducted all of the regular little maintenance checks we should have. These machines are built tough and are of the highest quality.But having a good machine is not enough. You need excellent after sales support as well. This is where Stefan and his technicians, Peter and Martin excel. When we got the machine delivered, Martin set it up stayed with us until he was comfortable that we had a basic understanding on how to operate it. He ran through the process of designing, prepping and cutting a job with us before he left. When we asked for a service on our machine 8 months later, Peter came within two business days. When we had a technical issue this week (Feb 2022), Stefan was able to arrange for peter to come the very next morning and resolve it. With after sales support, nothing is ever a problem, and this gives us more peace of mind than anything else.Stefan and his team are simply second to none. We are considering expanding our business with another machine and of course, we will consider no other manufacturer than Koenig, no other team than Stefan, Martin & Peter.

We based our choice of vendor on the 5 star google reviews and glad we did, outstanding service from Petr, he spent as much time as we needed demonstrating the laser, patiently answered all our questions and let us print one of our prototype products. Once we ordered the machine he personally delivered it (including up some very challenging stairs), set it up for us and didn’t leave until we were happy. We are delighted with our machine and extremely impressed with the service from Koenig. Highly recommended!!

It's been about a year now we have been running the K1309 Koenig 150watt CO2 laser, so I thought it was time for a review. We bought ours through Stefan in Sydney and it was a pleasure. Great communication and service, backup is a phone call away, not that we've had much call to use it. As for the machine can't fault it, we've had no issues, we run a home business so this is quite a large machine and required a sliding door be replaced with 2 opening doors to get it into the space, but it has run faultlessly. Had a small issue with the alignment laser being out after a year, the machine was still useable. One phone call to Stefan and an instruction video was sent that day and we made the adjustment ourselves in about 5 minutes. Routine maintenace of cleaning the lense and bed area, that's it. For the size of the machine the pricing compared to some top end machines can't be beaten. Covid slowed us down like everyone but for the last month the machine is running 6hrs a day 7 days a week. We have purchased a Laser machine from Stephan about 6 months ago and i am extremely happy with the product. It does exactly what I was told and any questions we have Stephan is always willing to answer them. I would highly recommend this company.
