Margaret's Hamptons Beach House

Stunning, everything has been thought out carefully for this house it is absolutley beautiful we did not want to go home.

Unparalleled. Superb. Beyond complimenting. Usurps anynting else I have seen in this area: from the cleanliness to the meticulous decor, to the endless amenities.

The owner has a bad attitude. We escalated the issue because maybe they can improve in this area and all we wanted was an apology. However, the owner responded in inappropriate language.

Horrendous service

Stayed there recently - beautiful house but don't be fooled, it ISN'T pet friendly. Your 4 legged family members must remain outside in a backyard with lawn 30cm high! ...Try cleaning up their mess when you can't even see the ground! And don't think of letting them on the outdoor furniture either, not permitted. Won't be back. Pet friendly means they can be with you, not shut out in a kennel in the fury of a storm - we had 2 during our stay. :(

We unfortunately arrived to a house where food remained in the fridge, beds slept in and dirty linen, dirty benches, full dishwasher and rubbish in bins. Our arrival was late on Friday eve and we had to coordinate cleaner to attend that evening to change linen. We were offered extra time to stay but due to work commitments couldnt take it. So we asked for a refund of one night especially given we had to leave the next day for cleaner. The weekend was far from relaxing when you try to talk to the owners, sometimes ignored and at times rude. I have rented a number of places and have never experienced customer service like this one. This is the first time I have left feedback, really unhappy.
