I was referred over to ICE from a colleague who had previously used their services. 1st shipment with ICE went smoothly without any hiccups.Special shout-out to Tu Le, who has been an absolute superstar!! His thorough explanations, ability to think outside of the box for this difficult transportation to a rural area, and prompt replies to all of my queries have been A+.Would highly recommend other businesses to reach out to ICE, and specifically to Tu Le for all delivery related matters.

Where do I start? I set about looking for a company to import some goods from the US for a boutique building project, reckon its easy? Think again. I sent enquiries to 6 companies, 2 got back to me. One quote was 4 times more than I anticipated and took 3 weeks to get a quote back, the other company was Ice Cargo. Not only was the price around the mark of my estimation, but their staff are just amazing to deal with. Rasmus, Rowan & Tu are absolutely top quality people to deal with, their communication is first rate, and helpful? beyond belief. At no point did I find myself chasing them up on updates. It made the process an actual joy to handle, I am so happy with selecting them that I feel like importing more goods just to deal with them again.When the goods did arrive which was far quicker than I anticipated due to shipping issues, shortages, the pandemic etc. they were in perfect order.I'd rate them 100 stars if I could.
