Honesty Hair

Always happy with my hair cut.

I booked an appointment and told Deb that all I need is a trim. She told me that as a first time customer she would like to get to know me and my hair so she booked in a longer appointment for me. I told her that I don't need colouring or styling as I have a very fine hair but she insisted to give it a go and see what she can do for me and that I might be surprised. Well was she right! At first she was lovely, she looked at my hair and tried to suggest colouring (I'm happily salt and pepper). Reminded her of our phone conversation and that I warned her there is not much we could do with my hair. Then she pulled a face and said that yes sometimes we just have to accept that (I have years ago). Anyway, she started to cut and done the back then she flicked my hair into my face that felt like a slap and she said it's done. I was shocked as she hasn't even touched the sides...but thought it might be a new technic or something. Well it wasn't I finished the sides myself at home and she had the face to charge me $35 for that. It happened last year but I'm still upset about how she treated me simply because of her own fault I 'wasted' her time :-(

She is somewhat a hostess with the most- offering coffee, water and now mocktails while you sit and have your hair done! Absolutely amazing service and quality is outstanding!
