Been using this company for years and still get the same high level service.The point of difference is joe the manager gets back to you very fast and somehow makes you believe nothing is too difficult. The old fashion strong customer service is active. Sometimes we are in a hurry and Joe helps out every single time.I like going there because the service is very efficient and friendly product support.

I have been to a few engine builders but decided to go with BNB as Joe the owner was happy to talk with me, a rookie wanting an engine built up. I got the full shop tour, no dramas and Joe was proud to show it off to me and I meet a couple of the other guys there - Bryson is the master of the micrometer as well as the team leader.My engine is a Ford FE, fairly common 20 years ago but you don't see many now - the guys at BNB were more than happy to work with me and the engine.I am now assembling the engine myself and Joe I know would not mind me picking his or the boys brain if I get stuck anywhere.
