Dealings with the owners were efficient and professional. They were understanding and offered flexibility with our changing circumstances due to lockdown restrictions. Hoping to book with them again as soon as we are able.

We stayed at Jasper apartments last year and it was great, and re-booked for this year. But Sydney lockdown got in the way of that and Bart was so flexible and super helpful. We'll be booking with him again next year!!! (fingers crossed)

Bart was amazingly understanding and helpful, working with us to find a suitable solution to the COVID restrictions. He kept in contact with us and did everything he could to make ensure a great outcome. We will definitely be re-booking with him in the future.

Due to COVID we had to cancel our booking. The owner was very understanding in managing our cancellation request and professional to deal with. Hoping to re-book once restrictions allow.

Myself and a group of friends were meant to be staying at Jasper Apartments next month. In the lead up to the trip, we found all of our interactions and communications with Bart to be very professional. He responded efficiently to our enquires, and made an active effort to accomodate our group's needs.Government restrictions related to COVID-19 unfortunately prevented us from actually being able to attend. Bart was really understanding of our situation, remained very responsive, and was all around extremely flexible and helpful.We would absolutely book with Bart again in the future!

Thanks to host Bart for being so responsive, professional and kind about our cancelled plans despite the fact that his business is in disarray thanks to COVID. I wish him the very best and hope all the ski fields businesses make it through this terrible time.

Unlike other reviews, i found these hosts extremely accomodating and understanding. The Non-refundable option was clearly posted when booking this accommodation, yet they were happy to give back a partial refund or change our dates. I look forward booking with the hosts in the future.

Even though our free cancelation period had ended, these hosts went out of their way to provide us either a partial refund or change of dates (which they didn't have to do!). COVID is especially hard for people that rely on tourism so this generosity is much appreciated! Will definitely be looking to come down in future ski seasons

I was recently forced to make changes to my booking due to COVID and the team at Jasper Apartments, specifically Bart, made sure that the process was simple and pain-free. He was responsive and extremely helpful. Overall a very positive experience and I will definitely be booking with Jasper again next year!
