Traded my bottles in for the first time, and I had a blast! The machines a quick and easy to use and the staff are friendly. A tip for those who are new to having trade plastic bottles for cash: be sure to remove the lids to your bottles before going to trade them in, to save you time from having to unscrew them when you are there.

Accidentally find this place, and took all my recycling bottles there. I am very very impressed how clean and organise is. Special thanks to the guy named Ash, I was surprised and impressed how helpful he is. It’s first time to see that enthusiasm and willingness to help. He will help you unload bags from your car, even to open some bags for you to make it easier and faster for you, very friendly and welcoming.I was really impressed!!

Can not fault the staff at all , they were extremely friendly and helpful at all times A1 customer service. The one thing i notice was there was always someone cleaning which was great . I most definitely will make this my permanent depot. A thank u to Shane for making it run smoothly .

Arrived around 12pm, a truck was parked in the customer parking lot. The young man that works at Return It promptly came out and offered to help carry in our bottles from the road. Shane, also a worker from Return It helped to carry in more boxes while I put the bottles on the conveyor. He was extremely helpful & friendly. The service was 5 star, with all employees being friendly & 100% willing to help out!! Thanks to their friendly assistance we were able to get the work done much quicker!!

A well organised depot. Clean facilities, even had a hand washing bay and toilet facilities! Much more streamlined recycling process than other centres I have used, and the staff are friendly and helpful.The best part- being able to get your cash straight away!

Just used the new facility in Nevilles St. Much improved parking space, more machines and two ATMs made my visit much quicker.Staff were polite and helpful.
