Chemist Warehouse Blacktown

This ridiculous place accused my nieces of stealing. What a disgrace. Is it not possible for youth to shop in school uniform anymore without being accused? How horrible that they took the girls to the back and once they checked the cameras and found out the girls didn’t steal anything they didn’t even apologise. My nieces and their parents need an apology from this place. This is definitely a case to be reported as 3 young girls were traumatised by this experience.

Extremely disappointed by the Blacktown store manager’s rude behaviour and she denied the price match on 22 April time 4:00 pm.She was not ready to accept the evidence of 2 competitors and clearly denied stating to buy from the competitors.This kind of business and behaviour is not acceptable.

Today I went to get some cough medicine for myself I have bad flu I just wanted to buy and go. There was one lady topping up shelves I just asked her was I can I find cough she was rude to me asking I have not started my shift. I was thinking if she didn’t started her shift why she is topping up shelves.She didn’t helped me. I had to look myself.It is bad serviceIt is a medication shop aleast there should help sick people.

Not deserve 1 ⭐ at all. Rude sales assistants. Very disappointed with the service. Pharmacist did not return one of the prescriptions with other prescriptions and now telling they have gave to me. They lost and passing the blame to the customer. Very disappointed. Took more than 30 mins to issue medicine and lost the prescription. This worker telling that they checked cameras and they can see the prescription medicine name from the CCTV. they are simply passing their mistake to the customer. Never go to this shop again. Rude people.

I would like to say a huge THANKYOU to Brendan for going above & beyond service today! He took his time to assist me with a product I could not find on the shelf, then went out of his way to check on the computer if it was in stock & persisted to checking stock in boxes. Although he wasn’t able to find the product today, the time, care & assurance in directing me to click & collect service the next day to ensure I received the product was Exceptional! Impeccable service Brandon! Big Thankyou again!

The Pharmacists are lovely however the 1 star is purely for the lady on the microphone at the front of the store. She was absolutely rude to a customer and verbally abused her, and also humiliated another. I don't know why you would place a rude invidual who obviously doesn't like her job, as the face of the shop.

Shoutout to Zach for going out of his way to check stock in the back for me, usually at most Chemist Warehouse stores I just get shrugged off when I ask about stock being in stock on the website but not able to see it in the store so it was very surprising to see him go out of his way and come back with the item I was after.The guard on the door (Sam) is very nice and helpful, any time I’m there he’s always as helpful as he can be along with his other duties and today he went out of his way to see if the item I wanted could be retrieved from the back.Was constantly checking the site for a few months now to see if the item I purchased was in stock so when I went in and it wasn’t on the shelf I was disappointed but I’m very appreciative of these two guys going out of their way to help me. Legends!

I would prefer choosing ZERO stars unfortunately I wasn't able to do so. Staff member never calls out my name while waiting for prescription. After a few hours WASTED rude staff member blamed me for not checking with them and not doing THEIR JOB for them instead of apologizing for WASTING my time. I will NEVER EVER gonna step foot on this shop anymore evenif my LIFE depends on it.
