I have been servicing my truck mount machine to this guys but servicing guy doesn’t have any experience for truck mount machine. He completely mess up my brand new machine. Each and every time he service my truck then problem starts. Whyne was good man but he retired. Now all new guys at service desk are doozy. Last time when they service my truck mount he couldn’t fix rpm and ask me to fix somewhere else. Luckily my machine was under warranty but it took 5 days to fix and $700 extra from my pocket. Finally I got good and reliable company to service my truck mount.CCW NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TRUCK MOUNT SERVICING PLEASE FIND EXPERIENCE PEOPLE FOR YOUR VALUABLE MACHINE.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. The customer service is next to none. They are very welcoming and have often spent the whole day out there getting advice and having friendly chats.Nick doing a great job managing the shop and will drop everything if I’m in a sticky situation, Peter can fix anything and not just carpet cleaning related, and since Andrew has come in he has transformed and cleaned up the workshop.
