I was referred to Pirtek at Hemmant a few years ago and this business has been a godsend to me, as a retired DIY er I've had some some pretty weird requirements for special fittings that weren't available any where else and these guys have come through every time, their service and attitude is great and a real can do". It's now the first place go and the business and the people are very highly recommended by me"

Great service friendly and fast

Went to Port of Brisbane PIRTEK and Jeremy who was behind the counter was a really excellent PIRTEK HOSE DOCTOR.He supplied me with spanners to remove my battery and coolant resivour tank so that we could replace the hose going to the top tank of the radiator and expansion tank. The hose after 20 years had gone hard and was coming off occasionally and causing an overheat situation on my 2001 Honda Civic.He measured the internal and external width and cut it to size and supplied silicone spray to help with the reassembly of all components which was very handy.I put it all back together and now the car is running just fine.Thanks Jeremy for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE which these days in these sorts of businesses is mostly non existant !!!!!!!!

went there on word-of-mouth recommendation, parts & labour price was fair, staff very helpful and they definitely went the extra distance compared to other business I rang previously that day, to help get vehicle back on the road same day, will definitely contact again for future hose and consumable needs!
