Jessie and her team are amazing, I have been coming to Sii Nails for many years and refuse to go anywhere else! Jessie is highly professional and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I've been here a few times always lovely service, but today was unimpressed by the lack of hygiene in the store. I watched as one of the ladies used a towel to wipe a bin, then put the towel beside her on the table and continue to do the nails of another customer. They also removed my shellac and cut my nails, and proceeded to simply wipe all the remains all over the floor.

This was my first time in Sii Nails as I just moved into Concord. I was in Five Dock before and used to do my SNS nails at Sexy nails there which I was very happy with. It normally takes an hour to do the job, but at Sii Nails it was way shorter. SNS normally stays on for 3 weeks but 5 of my nail colors chipped in less than 10 days. I booked and went back but they refused to fix it and asked for another 50 dollars. Staff at Sii Nails were very rigid and impolite. Money was not an issue and my time and the respect is more important to me so I walked out and changed my nail shop. Will never go to Sii Nails again and also recommend you to have a second though if you feel the same way as me about the service.

Ive been here at least 4 times now and great quality work has been very consistent for me. Props to Jessie and Ruby, as well as other ladies who all contributed to the welcoming atmosphere. Jessie always make sure there is no tacky super glue underneath my nails, cleaned up the edges and file them neat and nice before i leave happily. They deserve all the stars i can offer. Great work ladies!

I went today to get my eyebrows waxed like I normally do. I have been a customer for 2 years. Unfortunately my card declined and explained to the woman that I would be back with the cash. Five of them chased me down the street hitting me and grabbing at my phone and sunglasses in hand. Screaming at me and try to hold me down. Thank the lord a bypasser got involved and police were nearby. My partner brought the $50 I owed for services and paid the woman. I have never been treated in such a terrible way and will never be visiting this nail salon ever again.

Love Jessie and Ruby. Consistently great quality. Since rediscovering we (daughter and I) travel from Macquarie Park. Lots of local places around us but none compare to the reliable good quality Sii gives us everytime.

I love Jessie and the girls, they’re so gentle and efficient. The service is brilliant, the girls are super friendly and lovely. I’ll only ever come here to get my nails done. Highly recommend !

I’ve been here twice and both times my nails have started chipping on the 3rd day. This is shellac and sns. They rush their clients and aren’t very pleasant to deal with. Not coming here again.These are my nails 1 week from when I got them done at this place. Nope I don’t do any hand intensive work.Yup not going here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I will never go back to Sii nails. I went in 8 days ago with a friend. I asked for a pedicure shellac and SNS. Firstly, I didn't receive a pedicure which was disappointing but I never said anything. Onto the SNS - I chose a colour from the samples and when the lady began doing my nails the colour was not like the sample at all! Thankfully she was happy to change the colour for me but the application was abominable! Lumpy, thick and completely uneven! Not to mention, part of the top coat didn't cover some of the SNS and I was left with rough patches on some sections of my nails. Everyone I showed was shocked at how bad it was. I wish I had a photo to show but fast forward 4 days, 1 nail completely comes off. 8 days later and all of the SNS has completely come off! I wasted $55 on a terrible job. My friend who also got SNS has lost 2 nails and another 3 chipped.
