The Eternity Rose

When I placed my order it totalled a little more than $318 and, being that I couldn't see the item and was ordering online from a business I had no previous dealings with, I was a bit apprehensive. Having said that it took no time at all for my package to arrive, I keenly opened it on arrival, and was so pleased I immediately showed my son, his friend, and my daughter.To say I'm well pleased is an absolute understatement. I couldn't be happier with what arrived and my wife absolutely loved it.I feel it is a wonderful symbol of the enduring love I have for my wife.

Customer service is none , I ordered a gold rose on 11/2/23 for my wife and should have arrived before Valentine’s Day, I tracked the parcel and they sent it to Victoria instead of New South Wales, it’s now 17/2/23 and still not received the parcel, I’ve called the business every day for 4 days and they say they will call back , still waiting for them to call , they just give you the run around and tell you nothing, I’ll never buy from this company again, does not even deserve 1 star , I’m very upset with this company, impossible to get anywhere with them but fast to take the money, bad everything from every angle

I ordered a gold rose to be delivered on Valentines Day. The rose is great! Service is not so good.On the day I ordered it directly on the phone obviously the recipient was my wife. The lady incorrectly put my name as the recipient. In the afternoon of the same day I spoke to Cheryl which assured me that error will be rectified.My wife received the Gold Rose at work which was STILL addressed to myself:(Subsequently I spoke to Figo around midday 19th February.(case no 12752). He assured me someone from Eternity Roses would call me.On 24th February I spoke to Julie (case 12799) who assured me the same they would call me.Considering you have a great product you should’ve had service to match.I have mentioned to you on the first day I placed the order on the phone and the recipients name was NOT changed it was addressed to my self not my wife.No one had the decency to address the issue and apologise to me after all those numerous phone calls.I gave it 2 stars as it is a great product with service that DOESN'T exist

I've ordered 3 items from The Eternity Rose over a couple of years. My first order was a platinum rose and silver vase combo. It was to commemorate my wife surviving her breast cancer surgery. It really lifted her spirits and still looks great. It gets comments from most people who visit our home. My second order was an open bud, pink, gold edged rose. This was to commemorate our 10 year anniversary. It too looks great (pink is her favourite colour), and the 2 roses together are quite special.On both occasions that I've ordered from The Eternity Rose I've found their website very user-friendly, have got my confirmation email within minutes, and had delivery to WA within 3 days. Also, packaging has been solid and intact both times.I'm very happy to highly recommend The Eternity Rose. The items I've ordered from them are excellent quality, different from the norm, and good value for money for something that lasts. I will be ordering from them again to commemorate occasions and add to my wife's collection.

Ordered on Tue 24th August, my wedding anniversary was the 25th ( it's my fault i ordered a bit late but i expected it on Friday 27th atleast since they claim next day shipping and express delivery )Noone even knows where it is, there's no tracking information yet and i was told an urgent request was sent with the warehouse but still nothing. If it was shipped and the courier was at fault, then i would understand, but noone literally knows where it is.Edit: It came the other day. Thank you

From the time of placing the order and delivery was under 24 hours from Sydney to Dandenong. Communication & updates was second to none and the packaging was very well done. The actual rose and presentation is outstanding - so very beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with my wonderful Valentines present. Thank you very much you have made my day . Today Friday is our 50th anniversary and i did not know if the rose would come today i only ordered it late Thursday and thought what i could say if it didn’t . I can’t wait to give it to my wife , unfortunately she woke up this morning feeling very sick and i have just come home after obtaining the last rapid antigen test kit from the chemist and the rose was here when i returned . The product is good however it was advertised on the radio on Feb 13 to order then for next day delivery. I ordered on the 13th and it was delivered on the 15th. Not that big of a deal but it’s impossible to get any customer service. No answer on the phone, no reply to Multiple emails. Calling to try get some sort of tracking or confirmation and nothing.False advertising, terrible non existent customer service but a good product

I just received the rose today and it is as beautiful as expected. Fantastic unbelievable shipping time. I placed the order on May 12 and it was shipped on Monday and delivered here to my door today, May 18, all the way from Australia. It's a 50th Anniversary gift for my wife this coming Saturday May 20th. Thank you very much for the great service. I will recommend your company to everyone I talk to about this order.
