My roof, granny flat and external laundry were pofessionally installed within 4 days.Initially I had delays because of the terrible constant rain.Everytime I rang my calls were always answered,by Jim and the office staffthis is admirable in a business.I would recommend this company from my initial quote to the roof installation ,all staff were polite,and helpful.most importantly their quote was much less then other companies

I had a roof replacement completed by Sydney Gutter and Roof Restorations. The whole experience was exceptional from quotation through to final inspection. The team replaced the tile roof with Colourbond in a day ( It was 10 to 11 hours). Highly recommended this company.

I had a badly leaking tiled roof, which was no longer protecting the house. SydneyGutter and Roof provided a reasonable quote to replace it with Colourbond. The team arrived and were straight to work. The tiles were off and the roof replaced within two days, which was impressive because it is a large roof. Their work ethic was excellent, they worked incredibly hard , taking minimal breaks. They were polite and respectful to both me and my neighbours. They cleaned up after they had finished. I live in a very high wind, high rainfall area and they were mindful of that when the roof was applied. They rigorously water tested the roof before they left. I highly recommend Sydney Gutter and Roof as a company who stood by their word and a did a very good job.

I had my gutter replaced through GRR which has tradies on contract. The talkers before installation seemed reliable.Before installation, I called GRR voicing my concern about roof tile breakage knowing the domino effect of any change in anything. After installation, with all the dirts thrown on the ground, tradie said he forgot his blower. Meaning, I had to clean up after. Four days after, I was cleaning the backyard garden, I found pieces of broken tiles hidden and scattered behind plants. It was alarming as there were big chunks of them. And they were far away from work area considering science and gravity. I sent an email to GRR as feedback but I received a reply blaming the old roof and covering up for the somewhat uncaring manners of the tradie. It is not about breakage as it is a known risk It is about not letting me informed about the extent of the damage as I now have a new gutter and more likely a leaking roof. It is now unknown how the roof is until it rains as it high thus I cannot check. I never had roof leaks since I moved in this house more than 10 years ago.What is sad is that the managing director immediately pointed fingers to my cancelling the roof maintenance - not even trying to know the real issue and show some concerns. He seemed not interested at all. Just blame the other side.In hindsigh, it turned to be a good decision to cancel the work order for roof maintenance from GRR. As the umbrella for tradies and point of contact for customers, there is a better one out there in terms of customer service.

I found Brett and his team to be polite and courteous, they all work together as team and take pride in there work. Keep up the excellent work guys. My husband and I are very happy with roof, fascia and gutters it looks great. Thanks Guys I would definitely recommend this company

The roof on our property was replaced in December 2020.I made contact with them in January 2023 as the roof had started leaking and there is water ingress in our living room. When I initially spoke with a team member I was told that they only supplied a two year warranty period, but after I referred to implied/statutory warranties under Australia Consumer Law they agreed to send someone out to inspect the roof.Some 5 months later no one has been out to inspect the cause of the leak, despite numerous follow up phone calls. Their communication is extremely poor.

Last week they Installed New Gutters and down pipes at my cherrybrook property. Craig was very professional.As we had some rain today I called them to say there is a leak from a downpipe and one of the Gutters and they assured me Craig will come out to have a look.A great company to deal with and took my call promptly and will try to rectify as soon as possible.Great to do business with.
