I walked in and got served right away. I had a full Brazilian. I was served by Kate who was absolutely amazing. I explained that it was my first Brazillian and she walked me through everything she was doing, and made me feel so calm. Done in 10 minutes, absolutely recommend.

Molly was fantastic. She makes you feel so comfortable with her friendliness that I didn’t even pay attention to what was doing which meant ZERO pain. Booked a laser package too so I’ll be back soon. Thanks Molly!

Went into here last week with my friend for our nose piercings, mind you Ive already got two and my friend has already got one and we have never paid over $60 for our nose pierced. This lady miss pierced where I wanted it, I wanted it even to my others and it’s completely off point. My poor friend got her second nose piercing and she messed it up by pulling the needle back out then RE-pierced my poor friends nose. We are both going through horrible pain at the moment that we have never had to deal with, poorly healing and painful. She charged me $95!! For just a plain ring and my friend $75 for a gem nose stud, no clue how that makes any sense, the price was made after the piercing was done so no other choice but to deal with it never knowing it would cost such a disgusting amount. do not recommend going here!

walked in to have my brows waxed, ended up having a full on chat with gemma aka my new bestie!bro tbh i was so engrossed with our socio-political convo i completely forgot i was there to have my brows serviced. it was such a pleasure meeting her. from there on out, consider me a regular!

Had my nose pierced and it was so painless and quick. Molly was so considerate (i was a bit nervous) and let me replace and ask any questions i had. highly recommend :))

Ear piercing service is fast and professional. Yet, they didn’t explain anything about the price before my ear piercing service. The after care products are expensive too.

I got a belly piercing last week. It was done very shallow and placed incorrectly which caused it to reject. The piercing itself hurt a lot more than any piercing I had because she was so rough. Barely explained after care and when it was time to pay she added products (that arent included in the price) without asking. The piercing itself was twice the price it is in any other professional piercing shop. It is absolutely inadmissible.

Very disappointing. I got a piercing and bought 2 earrings there. I was given the wrong product, I bought a rose colored titanium earring but they’ve given me a purple one instead. I travelled all the way back to the shop in the same week upon realization, I did not use the earrings and brought it back in its original package and condition. However, I was told they didn’t have rose colored ones in stock and I’m not allowed to exchange or refund. Moreover, the person at the front counter had an extremely bad attitude. She said ‘No refunds or exchanges, and that’s it’, glared at me before I even replied anything. It was their mistake, but they didn’t take any responsibility for it. I understand to a certain degree if they can’t confirm if I’ve used the earrings. But still, could have apologized sincerely even if you couldn’t exchange. I had to take responsibility for someone else’s mistake? I don’t like that color, and I’m not using those earrings, but I still had to pay for it. If they didn’t have stock, they could’ve just said so instead of giving me a different item. No honesty, bad handling of problems, awful customer service. Never coming back.

I don’t ever usually leave reviews on places but I had a such a good experience here so I feel compelled to! I’m so happy with results of the wax. Good price and was super quick. Gemma was so lovely and had such a warm and calming presence, she was reassuring and put me at ease right away and made me feel really comfortable. I definitely recommend!!
