Quality dropped down over the years. Most recent visit, baked pastries were dry and hard to swallow. Some items are pretty decent but a majority of it is just old and satisfactory.Edit: My apologies for not further elaborating time of visit this was around last year November. Thanks for replying. I appreciate your customer support.

I experienced the worst possible customer service from this business on the phone on Saturday 24th November. The two people I talked with were incredibly rude and uninterested in answering a simple question: Do you sell cream and jam donuts?".I'm normally very understanding in regards to customer service but this was shocking and completely ruined any chances of me setting foot in Brisbane Bakehouse.You mentioned a child picked up the phone; I understand this. But the child immediately passed the phone onto an older person and their conduct was no better."

Rude and Aggressive StaffI went to buy something and I asked if I could swap $10 for 10 $1 coins. The cashier got aggressive for no reason... I left. Terrible place...

Great caramel slice. Baked goods are ok-ish. All of the biscuit based goods are very dry. Hot pastry items are ok-ish, dry and lack of flavour. Reasonable prices.

Great Vietnamese pork rolls, probably best I've tasted. Excellent value too.Their cream buns are awesome too. Often buy their dinner rolls as kids love them on the dinner table to munch on as a side whilst having dinner.Keep up the great work!
