Harcourts Kingsberry

All I can say is these guys are absolutely hopeless and have not a care in the world. My partner and I both have full time permanent jobs on salary’s and a good rental history. And these guys stuffed us around and we still haven’t heard back from them for house we applied for 3-4 weeks ago. Micheal the man at inspections is amazing and a great person. But the office is a joke. We had applied for 6-8 house and then weeks later they would get back to us saying sorry after we called them that they miss placed the paperwork. We also had one application re submitted 3 times as they kept stuffing things all up. our lease ends in 3 days and we would be homeless. It’s just lucky that we found a PRIVATE rental not far from us who are stoked to have us. And we are loving it here. Do not go threw these guys as they are hopeless and do not give a care in the world and would be happy to see you homeless. If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely so I’m professional.

I have found all staff very polite, friendly and patient with me as I have begun my property journey with limited knowledge. I appreciate the time they have taken to work with me to ensure everything is above board and I have always been well informed at each stage of the process. What a wonderful and smooth onboarding! Well may we say two things of particular and epic fact:1. The onboarding team starring Chanara, Paige and Liam have made my experience of having my first ever investment property so very smooth, seamless and very friendly and personable! Let me tell you it is a huge relief and assurance to have a team like this behind you, especially when you live far away!2. Superstar Teegan as my property manager - the set up into 'go' has been equally epic, smooth and seamless (yes, I love a good adjective) and she is just so personable, fun and extremely efficient and professional.I could not be happier thus far team!Please keep up this amazing standard you have established!Lukas :)

The team at Harcourts Kingsberry have been amazing. The entire application process was streamlined and easy to understand with updates along the way.Our property manager has been nothing but polite and understanding towards our busy life and arranging any appointments to fit our schedule.10/10.

Wouldn't be with anyone else! Saw an open house in my neighbourhood and spoke to Mark Lake, the agent from Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville about sale of my property versus renting it. He arranged a meeting with me at my convenience, was on time and took the time to spend with me at my residence. In a couple of days he had a sale appraisal completed and emailed to me, along with a rental appraisal. He followed up with a phone call, was excellent service. When I finally made the decision to rent, I spoke with Scott Walduck who went above and beyond, to make sure all my questions were answered, followed up with an email and a call, and didn't hassle me. I kept Scott informed about the availability of my property (had some renovations to do) and when it was ready to go, he attended the property, did all the paperwork, provided excellent advice to me along the way, and explained the whole process including costs so there were no surprises. He listed the property as he said and it was rented in 9 days, seriously amazing given several other vacant properties in my immediate vicinity. My Property Manager, Kelly Bartel is terrific. She was there to make sure the entry condition report was completed and signed by the tenants early, kept me informed on everything and we were away, easy! My property required maintenance and Kelly was able to save me hundreds of $$ by using Harcourt's preferred suppliers. The work was done quickly and efficiently. She kept me appraised during the recent floods in Townsville so I knew exactly what was going on with my property at all times. I get statements as agreed, no issues with funds transfers, communication is terrific, and I generally love the way Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville does business. If you’re considering selling or renting, seriously speak with this team of professionals, I will be for all my future property needs. ***** 5 star

If I could give 10 stars to Tahnee and Sam I would. Not only did they go above and beyond to get on top of maintenance, but they they also responded to any queries and concerns I had in a timely manner. My bond was refunded without any dramas and the whole vacate was very smooth sailing thanks to their help. If I didn't just buy my own house, I would be happy to rent another house through them.

My husband and I recently vacated our rental property managed by Harcourts as we have moved to another town.We resided at the property for over 7 years and Harcourts took over the property in 2021.The property manager that was assigned to us Louisa is one of the most efficient and friendly PMs that we have ever dealt with.Louisa was always prompt with responding to any communication, actioning maintenance requests and scheduling inspections.Louisa made the entire vacate process feel like a breeze.All the other staff that we encountered at one point or another at Harcourts Kingsberry have also always been friendly.

Great staff! Quick to respond. Very easy going staff! Been a smooth transition into the new rental, quickly responded to all mantience reports! Would recommend!!

Great people. Harcourts have been great. For the last six months I have been undergoing Chemo Treatment and my dealings with them have been completely hassle free. Great people to deal with.
