So disappointed. Today I came in to buy an eye shadow pallette and the staff member (Elia) acted like she was chanel herself and had an insufferable poor attitude when she assisted me. She acted super annoyed when I asked for her help to apply the product. I bought the product from Myer because she purposely made the eye shadow look bad on me. I expected better customer service. Staff at Myer were much nicer.

Check in process is the siliest thing I have ever encountered. They scan your temperature with a broken thermometer, which is alarming because it's broken. But they're not worrying about that because they care so much about checking every single detail of every person of colour but let every white person walk in willy nilly without masks. Double standards and racist. Also for a store front focused on beauty and fragrances, there was absolutely nothing beautiful to be seen. Only smelled of double standards and stunk of racism.

The lady at Chanel gave me the most lovely experience and she was so knowledgeable about the fragrances! So happy with my perfume, will be back next time I make a purchase! Do not ever buy Chanel fragrances or beauty items from David jones/Myer again because the service or knowledge isn’t there!! She also wrapped it beautifully and gave me so many free samples! Not a good experience, went in looking for makeup and was given a standoffish vibe by SA. Being a person of colour herself , I'd have expected better treatment for us. But alas seems to be that this store has an ongoing reputation as per last few reviews from many women of colour to be not treated with basic respect and be offered assistance . Head office wasn't helpful either, blanket statement- this issue hasn't been brought to our attention before this , we apologise. (Really? You don't read your public Google reviews ? Your marketing department is oblivious to customer service KPIs and brand value projection? ) Lie to us some more , why don't you.

Yesterday I came to buy Chanel perfume (ALLURE HOMME ÉDITION BLANCHE )50 ml from your store. I entered the shop once and asked the price of 100 ml and 50 ml of this perfume, and they told me that 50 ml was 132 dollars and 100 ml was about 180 dollars, which was about 50 dollars. For the second time, when I decided to buy the 50 ml perfume, your seller, who was a lady, insisted me to buy the 100 ml perfume because it is 20 dollars more, it is not different from 50 ml, that is, they said that the price of 50 ml is 160 dollars. If I remember, the first time they told me the price is 132 dollars. When I came to count, they said that the price is 132 dollars! And I said, didn't you say that $20 is not the difference? Saying no is almost 50 dollars difference! In my opinion, this behavior is considered a lie and I did not feel good at all from this behavior and I felt that they are telling me that they are telling me a false price that I must buy the 100 miles perfume. I have to think more about your store for my next purchases.
