Thank you for a very informative and friendly handover today from Frank and the team. They could not have done more to help us if they tried. We love our Gravity 22'6.

Possibly one of the worst customer experience, and purchase experience of a high-ticket item one can expect.We bought an Atlas caravan (using our own finance provider), without an opportunity to inspect the caravan before purchase.We paid a deposit to secure a display-caravan (we didn't have the luxury of waiting 12-18 months for a new one).Specs of the caravan weren't available, only some high level details on a brochure.When asked to add features, that weren't listed in the brochure, Freestyle RVs were not forthcoming with what's available, and just brushed us off, either with ridiculous pricing ($3,500 for a diesel heater), or just wouldn't do it.Delivery experience was worse - the caravan wasn't ready, which became obvious during the hand over:Electrical and other power issues, cabinetry misaligned and not opening, missing shelves, missing rails in the cupboards, etc...It took 4 hours for the handover to be finished, with promises of the missing parts to be mailed to us (so we can fit it ourselves).They didn't take any responsibility for the caravan they sold (brand new!!), and deferred all to the manufacturer (which they've refused to provide details of!).Overall - unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional all around.Through some investigations of our own, we managed to get in touch directly with the manufacturer. Hopefully we'll have better service from them.

We would like to thank Frank , Nick and all the staff for all the help when picking up our new Retreat . They were very helpful and demonstrated high level of customer service, which was very pleasing and reassuring in today’s climate . Anyone looking to purchase a new caravan we highly recommend them.

After taking delivery of our new Explora 206, we could not be happier with the service given to us by Jayden Borg and the team at Freestyle RVs.The process from the initial taking of the order right through to the end handover we felt we were under no pressure at any stage.I can not recommend Jayden and the team at Freestyle RV's enough.You have two very happy customers.

Worst experience ever. Dishonest, rude, disrespectful. Like others made a long trip to collect van and it wasn’t there, we were then told our trade in van was not as we stated and they will not complete the transaction or hand over our new van, that we has already paid them $50,000 for. They walked around in a group of 3 and were very intimidating. They threatened to rip our trade in van apart to show damage (but that would have been their damage then). Our new van we had travelled to collect was no where in site. We are pleased in the end to get our money back and walk away from these people after reading some other reviews. Turns out another dealer took our van for more and was happy with its presentation and quality and then we went to RP caravans and got a high quality van with exceptional customer service. Please, buyer beware when dealing with freestyle RV.

Excellent Service from Frank and the team at Freestyle RVS, from the moment we purchased our van through to the pick up and handover. Thanks guys cant wait to take our van on many adventures.

Rob B was fantastic to deal with, so friendly. Made the start of the process as easy as can be. Updated us regularly after we purchased. Handover was fantastic from Nick, extremely thorough and patient. Cant wait to use our new van :)

Bought a Van through salesmen Steve, I was meant to get a $500 credit to due sorting my own rego in another state. He said he would send me a anti flap kit, been 8 months & over half a dozen attempts to see what’s going on & still nothing!Very talkative when looking at buying, once you buy the van your on your own.

I purchased my Lotus Off Grid caravan. The sales and after-sales teams have been great. I just completed an 8,000km trip with NO DUST inside the van. I had one small technical issues like every caravan dose. Phone call to freestyle and Frank was there to resolve it. Could not recommend this company highly enough. You want the best freestyle sell the best

Awesome customer service and communication from Frank initially, and then Nick for handover. Very satisfied with our van build and performance. Hasta La Vista!
