I had been wanting to take control of my health and fitness for some time as I had noticed that my fitness and wellbeing was not what it was in my 20s. Since working with Anthony I have increased my strength, endurance and general health. We have worked on a realistic program that was tailored to my needs and it has been great to work with someone that takes the time to demonstrate and explain things clearly when necessary. Signing up to a gym and working with a personal trainer is a big decision but definitely one you should invest the time in. I highly recommend on working with Anthony if you are ready to commit to improving your health.

Before I began training with Anthony my life was very sedentary. I.used to drink beers almost everyday, had no motivation to do anything and would always look for excuses to not go to the gym. My mental health was bad and I was seeing a psychologist on a regular basis.8 weeks in to training with Anthony and my life has completely changed, for the better. I have so much more energy, I jump out of bed every morning and my attitude towards life is nothing but positive. My partner and kids have seen a huge change in me.I made a decision when I started training with Anthony to not drink for 12 weeks, this has also helped me immensely and this combined with training has improved mental health to the point where I no longer visit the psychologist.My approach to eating has completely changed and I am more aware of what foods to eat and when. My weight has dropped at a sustainable rate which is really pleasing.If you are thinking about making a life change, not just doing personal training, I can't recommend Anthony enough, his professional approach is outstanding and he is always there supporting you along the journey.Stop thinking about it and do it, you will never look back.

Anthony is a great professional helping with workouts and so many tips to get on shape or even just getting stronger. He helped me with workout plan (they were never boring) according to my availability and also doing a meal plan to help me to achieve my health and fit goals! Highly recommended!

As a person who has trained in the gym trying to use technique tips off the internet, I was in no doubt that although trying to gain the muscles connection with movement was off. I decided to engage Anthony to fix my poor form. I have been working with Anthony for the last 5 months and have noticed great difference's in my posture, less stress/strain in my neck and traps due to poor form and am seeing great results in my overall physical appearance. Friends and workmates have noticed the changes which is fantastic.

I have been on and off with going to gym for a few years so I decided it was time to get a personal trainer and really get into shape. I used to leave the gym after an hour still feeling similar to how I went in. Since training with Anthony, I'm leaving after 40 minutes feeling fatigued and great due to really focusing on correct technique, which was something I was lacking on previously. I have already been noticing huge changes in my body over the last couple of months due to each gym day focusing on different areas of the body. I put off seeing a personal trainer for ages, so if you're thinking about it, you should definitely sign up with Anthony as he knows what he's talking about, and is really easy to chat to. Living with Type 1 Diabetes doesn't always make exercising easy, so Anthony is really understanding with that and always pushes you to achieve your goals.

Great experience! I wanted to get into a routine with specific goals set in consultation with Anthony. With his calm demeanour and understanding, I am able to focus more, gain strength and learn to operate various equipments.I like Anthony's training approach and ability to understand when to push/not push and bring out the best in you. The training plan/routine he has set for me is working great and I've seen positive changes in my body + overall health.My advice would be to have an open and realistic conversation with him about your goals so he can craft a tailored plan for you.

Before training with Anthony I was not confident in trying out new exercises at the gym because I worried I was not doing them correctly and had poor form. Ever since training with Anthony he has taught me many new exercises and how to execute them properly and fixed my form on a lot of my exercises. He is really patient, easy to approach and will push you past your limit at the gym. Would recommend anyone wanting to start at the gym to train with him.

Anthony has been a great deal of help to get my weight and fitness level back on track. I had many health issues going on because I was over weight, So I got in touch with Anthony and made a appointment. We sat down and discussed what I wanted and what he said would work for me....meal plans, exercises etc... and I'm happy to say I'm on the right track. High recommend.
