One of the best Uyghur restaurants I've tried in Sydney so far. I personally enjoy their stir fry, dry items on the menu alot as it suits my taste buds. When you receive the food, do ask for their complimentary red chilli sauce. It's just an amazing combo to the food.Overall, their restaurant is nice, pretty clean and the service is on point. Food quantity is fairly decent. They charge 50c for the take away boxes.

The extremely worst experience for the first time we came here. Three people only order three noodles but wait for roughly one hour. The point isn’t for the long time we wait, is all the people that came here after us all already had dinner. But we still have one noodle for vegetarian not finish. Special request for vegetarian in this restaurant was ignored after all the food during the dinner time. And they even complained our attitude. How bad services they are. And even we said don’t too much salty, but they cook together with other people order the same things. All the special requests was ignored. Never come back.

This was recommended to me by a friend in Auburn. Did not disappoint, truly something special and unique. The lamb skewers are amazing and the noodle dishes are a delight. Really loved the atmosphere and features on the wall too. Very friendly and welcoming staff

Korma lagman with lamb is my go to dish (can't go wrong with it).We also had the sumantu (dumplings) - which are consistently good too. Also came here with a big group and had a banquet. Amazing work done there.Cam here during Ramadan for the buffet as well - excellent work.

Went here due to having a dumpling craving and being stuck in auburn.Saw lagman (4/5)on the menu which looked like xian eatery handpulled noodles from burwood. These did not disappoint! Not as chewy as the ones in burwood but the hearty sauce was well flavoured and yumm. The pork dumplings (2/5) were served with a yoghurt sauce. This was interesting was as the dumplings were plain and had a few unpleasant harder meat bits inside, it didn't do much for the dish. They do have soy sauce and vinegar though, which made the dumplings more edible. I guess this is a tarim region type of dumpling.Lamb skewers (4/5) here were pretty good! First few bites were a little hard but later ones were softer. they were seasoned well (mildly overly salty).. not near the softness of the popular ones at lovin lamb in burwood but were okay!Great find at least in the auburn area.Dinner was 22.50 each, mildly expensive for auburn but decent food so I can't complain. Will be back to try more noodles but wouldn't reorder the dumplings!

The food and service was absolutely amazing. The noodles melt in your mouth and the meats are so tender! Highly recommended trying.

Booked a table online but unfortunately they didn't have my booking but luckily the food made up for it.We ordered many of the noodles and they were delicious with a springy texture and seasoning was on point. The dumplings were tasty and the famous meat pie was so good with crispy pastry. It just need a sauce to make it even better. The stir-fried green bean and eggplant dishes were a stand out and so delicious.Overall a great experience and we will be back again to try the rest of the menu.
