I highly recommend Australian Pool Permits. As a first time spa owner, it seemed very time consuming and confusing with all the important and necessary safety requirements and legal details. ZERO stars for this business. Terry Keyhoe cost us significant $$$ due to his incorrect advice and mistakes in submitting our swim-spa permit. We were required to re-submit the permit and significantly change the building plans as Terry's initial consultation and estimates were very wrong.

Terrible communication skills and incorrect assessing cost us to fail an inspection due to safety. Didn't help with tradespeople as they advised other than one of their own. Would never recommend them.
