Car servicing always scares me when the reminder comes around, I haven't had notable services at other service centres but Penfold just made it so stress free. Right from the lovely lady who kept up to date with my circumstances and found a suitable time for my service booking around surgery and recovery time (I'm so sorry, I don't know your name), and to Paul who was friendly and spoke to me with kindness and understanding. The team when above and beyond, and I will definitely be back for my next service. :)

Got my Baleno serviced here. Amazing and friendly staff, got an appointment for the following day, they have a waiting area for you to relax while the car is being serviced and it also has a cafe just about 100 metres from here if someone wanted a coffee or some sandwiches to eat.My second visit in 12 months (annual servicing) and I've promised myself not to go to another Suzuki Service Centre.

My Suzuki Swift just had its service in July at a Suzuki service penal , but the engine oil kept dripping in my garage floor last few days. I called different penal to ask for an urgent check up for my car . However, no one can offer me a quick check up till end of next week except Penfold Suzuki Service. I really appreciate their quick response and efficiency (especially to Kenny) that ease my mind. I will definitely go back to here to have my next car service.

I had previously had a bad experience fromanother Suzuki dealership where I had purchased and serviced my car before, Penfolds made this experience 100% better and I would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff who made the experience so much better including the car washer/ detailer. It’s the little things that make the difference like good customer service, honesty, a courtesy car and using a chamois to dry the car off.

Good service and fast turn around.They try to accommodate customer time frames.Wash room needs to be improved.Not great with warranty issues. They try to pass the blame back to the customer without thoroughly analysing the issue.
