Yen is the best beautician I have ever met and I highly recommend her services. I discovered Ella Bache Artarmon early this year and have qince go back for regular facial. Yen is very knowledgeable and passionate of what she does. My skin has improved so much since I started seeing her even people around me could tell the difference. I have sensitive skin and its hard to manage especially during the colder months. Thankfully for Yen, my skin has been well under control this winter. No hesitation in recommending Yen to everyone.

Did my first facial with Yen and it was a great experience. The clinic was very clean, relaxing and comfortable. Although it was my first time I can tell Yen truely cares about the customers. A shame they don’t sell the massage oil because it was fabulous.

I got a spray tan with Genevieve and it was a wonderful experience. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after. The tanning was efficient yet detailed, and she took extra care to ensure it would turn out as i wanted it for my Hen's party tomorrow. I'll definitely be back!

I loved my time here today. I got a Hydration Facial, a Spray Tan and a Lash Lift. Yen’s experience and skill was excellent - she assessed my skin and worked out what sort of facial I needed today, explained why. I was also impressed that she had some expectation for a skin care routine that she wanted me to follow for optimum results. I’m very lazy when it comes to skin care so I liked that she gave me an achievable goal each day and I felt it wasn’t overwhelming. I also liked that she offered extraction of blackheads which was something I was after (very difficult to find in average facial salon in Sydney but almost a must have in Asian countries).I also tried the Lash Lift today. AWESOME value for money and results for a 20 minute job as I don’t really have the patience for a full on Lash Extension.Lastly, it was my first time doing a Spray Tan. Twotones to choose from - Natural or Dark. I chose the first. Yen put me at ease and it was really straightforward. I like the result and will definitely do that again sometime.I’m already looking forward to my next visit. What a great find for 2022!
