Budget Kitchens

Excellent service and product knowledge. We have been discussing our kitchen plans with several big name kitchen company's and this is the first non pushy yet complete design plan and discussion that we know can meet our kitchen needs. Even after doing lots of prior research we still learnt more important points that will save us money by the product choices we make. Love the design discussion and clarity of our choices as we went along. Funny enough we had this company make our very first budget flat pack kitchen 15 years ago and we were very happy to find they have extended their business and range for more choice to cater for all budgets so this time around we can upgrade and include ceasarstone benches and nicer cupboards and soft close features. We would gladly recommend this kitchen company it's well worth the drive out to Rutherford. Second time round customers speaks for itself really!

I used Budget Kitchens to build and install my kitchen. I was originally going to buy a kit kitchen (kitchens I looked at didn't fit the space), I was then going to get Budget Kitchens to make the kitchen and install it myself, for the cost of the installation it made no sense for me to do that. Budget Kitchen came out to my house, reviewed the space, gave me practical advice, created a template and talked me through the installation. The kitchen that was produced at their factory was fantastic and exactly what I had order and what they showed me in their show room. I had a small issue with a bench and the removal of some picture rails. I brought it to the attention of Lynda and Darren, the installer, and they got onto it straight away, replacing the bench top and the sink at no extra cost. They made me feel like it wasn't a problem and I feel like they really went out of their way to accommodate the issue and the the changes I wanted. I can not recommend them enough for the job they did designing and installing my kitchen.

This is the third time we have had dealing with Budget Kitchens and on every occasion it has been with the highest professionalism that you would expect, willing to work and custom build nothing is a problem , this has been a commercial level and a rental market level , more than happy to give this Business 5 Stars

Long story short - this company has been a pain to deal with. We had a custom designed bathroom vanity and tallboy flat pack. The design process was problematic they couldnt work out the dimensions correctly, multiple versions later they still hadnt got it right. A month later we finally had something we agreed to. No communication while we waited for the job to be ready for pick up. Another month later we finally picked up the flat pack (scuffs and damage on some of the panels). Took time off work to assembled it only to find it was all wrong. The vanity was too small, the heights were wrong - very frustratings. We returned the products demanding they fix it, construct it and install it. Only after several phone calls and another month later they finally installed it only to find it was still wrong. The installer Mitch is great, but the installers and the designers, guys in the office dont communicate which is a major reason why problems/errors occur. Still waiting for them to come back to replace the incorrect panels and still waiting for a hamper basket they said they would 'look after it'. They told us the hamper basket would be given to us over the months of dealing with them only now to have them now questioning whether the basket was included in the contract (which it was). The basket was only order yesterday (apparently) but they were telling us they would deliver it months ago. Summary, we started this process with Budget Kitchens in July 2013 to give us time to complete the rest of the bathroom tiling, fit out etc by Christmas. Its December 2013 and they've only just ordered the basket and the panel still hasn't been replaced. Very disorganised company.
