I shopped here last week, looking for makeup for a formal event. I'm a mature woman and wasn't sure which products would work best for my skin. After only a minute or so, a very helpful and knowledgeable assistant called Georgia came up to me and asked if she could help. She spent a long time with me, advising on every product I needed as someone with older skin. I've since tried the products on my face at home and love the choices she recommended. Great service.

Great product range, good location as you’re shopping or having food on the weekend. The store manager was friendly and I gave her some feedback as she was serving at the checkout, I asked a team member where an item was in which she responded ‘I’m on my break’. Standing in an isle on your break is odd, plus you’re still a human.

Priceline is a great place to find skincare products at a reasonable price, and it has a wide range of products. The store is very clean, and the staff are very generous and helpful. I bought a bottle of Niacinamide with Zinc that I was not able to find at The Chemist Warehouse.

Really disappointed with customer service. I was looking to buy a VS Heat & Style Brush... but as I have short hair, I wanted to check to diameter of the eat brush. There is no details of this on outer box, I took to counter and asked if I they could open before I purchased, as i wanted to ensure it was fit for purpose, and I was told no they could not. There is nothing on display, so no sale. If I had purchased and then tried to return it, the staff member advised I may not be able to get refunded. So very disappointed in this experience.

My friend Maria and I went this pharmacy a few weeks ago to get some skin products and I have to say that we received the best service and knowledge from one of your staff, her name is Yuri ( from Colombia) she is a beauty skincare advisor. She was super professional, has amazing customer service and her knowledge is amazing!!! If you are looking for someone that really knows her job and it’s not going to sale you the most expensive products .. she is the one!!!! I will go from now on just to this Pharmacy because of Yuri professionalism.Gracias Gracias

Big fan of how the staff helped me as the lost boyfriend who knows nothing about women's cosmetics. I had an idea of what I wanted but getting it wrong is easy when you have no clue, so the staff were able to help me get what I needed at a very affordable price.
