Lovely experience from beginning to end! Staff very helpful, listen to you with what you like and don’t like when you start to try on a few dresses, and there was a large selection/variety of dresses. Payment, pick up and drop off process was easy. Would definitely hire from here again. I felt beautiful for my ball thanks to these helpful ladies at MSB. Got lots of compliments on the dress.

Disgusting, scamming scums. The owner is a rude, manipulative theif. As i am interstate she mailed the dress to me late to begin with, arriving on the day of my event. She then promised a full refund as she did not comply with the agreement of my hire, our agreement was the dress had to arrive before the weekend after my event, in which it did as it arrived on a friday. She then has proposed that this is 'late' even though the dress had arrived when it was agreed to arrive, with no damage and in perfect condition. After asking for my bond money back as i had complied with the conditions she then lied and told me that she was not refunding me my $600 bond as the dress was late because she needed it for the friday, AFTER SAYING SHE NEEDED IT FOR SATURDAY ( SS EVIDENCE CAN BE PROVIDED ) trying to scam me, a 17 year old girl who saved up $800 for her worn out dress that was not in the condition i expected it to be in. she then blocked my phone number as she has realised she is thiefing from a young girl as an older lady. i do not know how this woman sleeps at night and looks at herself in the mirror knowing she is a scamming thief. DO NOT BUY FROM HER.

I decided to try out My Sister Boudoir for the first time for The Happiness Co Ball. I knew in my head what I wanted to look like for the evening and just didn't want to spend a fortune. It was the best decision! I made an appointment, I had their undivided 1:1 attention and once I explained the look I was going for, out came about 6 dresses! A few others outside of what I was going for as well just for fun! It was actually a super fun experience and my consultant Kylie really knew her stuff. The dress fit me like a glove and I felt so great! Thank you to Kylie and also Kelly for looking after me. I have returned for other events since and wont stop hiring my event wear now from MSB. Love their new studio in Joondalup too!

I would not recommend this company. If you are planning to hire from them, please ensure you read their extensive Terms and Conditions which basically leave you as the consumer with no rights. Take many photos of the dress you hire within two hours of hiring and send any details of any small wear and tear on the dress to the owner, because that is the requirements of their Terms and Conditions. Otherwise you may be in the same position as me (paying $550 + the $200 hire fee for a dress that has been worn many times and dry cleaned many times before) because they claimed the dress was damaged beyond the point it could be hired out again.

I heard about this place from a friend when she hired her ball dress. I came here and was greeted by the lovely staff and found the most beautiful dress for my ball. Lovely people and lovely dresses to hire. Would definitely recommend anyone here.

Very professional customer service from beginning until the end. Made my daughters ball dress shopping experience very easy. We are now back again and have secured another beautiful gown for my step daughter’s upcoming year 12 ball. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to purchasing a gown.
