Baskin-Robbins Camberwell

The store is quite small and cramped, and there is not a massive selection of flavours. However the staff were friendly, and they were having some brand promotions with some quirky and creative icecream creations.I just had a simple scoop, and for 5 bucks it's not cheap, but damn it was some smooth delicious chocolatey icecream

Can’t believe the owners run the place and have such a horrible service. They are so rude and bang things around.Never going back.They ruining the reputation of Baskin Robbins.

Extremely rude lady served us. She was making a bang with everything she did, ignored what we were saying and spoke very rudely.Tried to ask her nicely, to be more polite, and she turned to be more rude to us. Not worth giving them business.

Worst service ever, I work in a restaurant myself and this is extreme. We came on Saturday night after 9.00, she was doin her job while making us wait. We went closer two her all she did was in a stern voice like a professor “Wait”. After 6/7 we ordered, she was so annoyed to serve us or over all her personality is that; well all is understandable. But still some kindness toward as us couldn’t hurt her, We ain’t gonna bit you lady(You biting us with your bitterness) OUuch! We paid $50 for take aways. When we went home I swear we were laughing she gave us things like we some dog to her. Owner or the faculty, needs to talk her and calm the hell out of that lady. Some integrity some respect is needed to work.Well nonetheless thank you for ur wonderful service hope we come back to you AND behave the same with u…… We love baskin robbins man!

Ice cream wasn't that great. Cold rock and Ben and Jerry's is so much better.. they don't even offer tasting so you can't tell it doesn't taste great until after you buy.

Baskin Robbins Camberwell has been my favourite ice cream go to for years! One of the perks being open till late (10pm) even on week nights and has been perfect for a late night cheeky ice cream run. Definitely enjoying the running themes of ice cream add ons such as the unicorn, stranger things etc!

I have never seen customer service as rude as this place. There was a middle aged asian man who was banging everything when we asked for a sample. Spoke in an incredibly rude way the whole time. I felt so uncomfortable with his behaviour so when the total was around $10. I accidentally handed out a $5 note instead. And then he asked if I am dumb for handing out a wrong note. It’s a public holiday and i can’t believe i had to cry. I am just too upset. Save your money and dignity. DONT GO IN THERE.

It's a shame that Baskin-Robbins ice cream quality doesn't represent the quality of staff serving.I wonder why they are running business with a grumpy face to customers.I think I should be deserved at least minimal respects as a customer when I pay for it.

The shop assistant was rude! And she didn't smile once! Surely there has to be someone more customer focused and pleasant than this girl!
