The lady working at the counter was grumpy rude and arrogant. I asked for 7 bolts, 4 at 60mm and 3 at 40mm. I even measured the bolt I brought in, in front of her and she repeated what I asked for, for confirmation. When I got home after my half hour return trip to their store, I found that she’d given me 30mm bolts not 40mm.I rang up the next day to see if they could post them to me, and I spoke to the same grumpy arrogant woman who said she wasn’t willing to do anything to rectify her mistake apart from swapping them over but I’d have to drive back there to do so. When I said why should this cost me money when it was her fault, she hung up on me. I rang back again and ask to speak to a manager, she hung up again. Don’t use this business unless you want to get really bad service and deal with a grumpy woman.

Called in to purchase some stainless steel bike headset bolts and was served by Karen Washington who couldn't have been more helpful. I was in and out in about 5 mins, couldn't have been happier.I will go back again and recommend to my friends

The entire team provides first class, timely service and great advice on fasteners and their applications. Great range of products. This is now my goto place when I'm building and upgrading 3D printers.

I don't often give one star reviews for companies. But you're female sales attended at the front desk is rude and arrogant when all I needed was a simple bit of assistance. Still purchased what I need but will never come back.

I have been a Searle customer for maybe 30 years. I always received the very best of service from the patient staff at the previous location in Willeton. Been to the new shop three or four times in the last few months and got the same great old-fashioned" service from one of the lady staff and not so great service from one of the male staff. This guy wasn't that friendly and he seemed slightly peeved that he had to go and get a few bolts of various sizes

Probably fine for account customers but as a member of the public I found the sale lady abrupt and intolerant that I didn't ask for a product they had. I was browsing for anything else I needed whilst she was getting my bolts but very little product on display has pricing.

Was in need of jam nuts but nothing to suit requirements at Bunnings.Took the bolt with me and staff member said she would have a look out the back.Returned in no time with exactly what I needed. Was able to get spring washers and sooner won't nuts as well.Will be returning as this is the place to get fasteners.Staff were extremely helpful.

Ive used them for years,but a change in ownership has also meant a change in customer service . After driving for 25 mins to get there I wanted 200 tek screws i was told they only sold them in boxes of 1000! Or they could sell me packets of 20. It didnt matter that they only had 3 packs of 20. They still wouldn't break the box of 1000. $235 worth. There are plenty of other places that will so I won't be going back to Searle's!
