Been doing Pilates at the Studio for more than 10 years. Natasha is brilliant Physio who I really enjoy doing my Pilates, stretching and core exercises with.Been seeing Darla for many years for my back issues and I can say that she really knows how to fix me.Great studio on the coast and all staff are wonderful to talk to

Highly recommend Studio 4.Natasha helped me rehab an mcl tear and in doing so I’ve continued with Natasha post injury at our weekly pilates sessions to have improved mobility, stability and athleticism - shoring up issues that likely lead to the original injury.I can’t thank Natasha enough for her support, applied knowledge and a roadmap/plan from initial assessment, rehab to the post injury progression I’ve experienced
