Treat the staff the way you'd like to be treated, people. Witnessed a young, female staff member being abused verbally (through no fault of her own) by a VERY rude older man. She held her ground with him and told him loudly to GET OUT NOW!".Most impressed with her!"

Was told they don't provide any support for the phones they sell, that their 5g network doesn't work properly even for them which was why I was having issues with it, and finally that rather than try and do any deal on my 4 plans and handset upgrade they were fine with me going to another provider instead.. I'll be moving all of my services to Vodafone who couldn't believe the attitude from Telstra towards their customers when I told them what had just happened

1 star is for a clean tidy store. I know staff are hard to come by at the moment but levels here are are at an all new low. Help, the team member I dealt with never even got up from her stool and her answer to my problem with my new phone (purchased a week earlier) was ....its just an update- really!!!!!

Went to buy a phone and was told yhat they cant sell me a phone because they have no appointments, staff were rude. Will spend my money elsewhere

The worst service i have ever encountered, told i would need to wait 2.5hrs to see someone. If this is the new norm in customer service i want no part of it. I will now relinquish all of my telstra accounts including foxtel, 3 x mobile phones, home and work internet as clearly 30+ years of loyalty mean absolutely nothing to them.

I arranged an appointment to discuss Telstra/ Fox and stated that on the web request for the appointment. I waited a week for the appointment and on arrival was told the office does not deal with Telstra/Fox that is a separate team. The service is bad and the manager and team rude.

Telstra karrinyup store service people here so helpful very kind will to help in anyway possible and are willing to set down and help I'm so very happy as as #TelstraCostumer, I have just purchased the new Google Pixel 2 XL I recomend saleperson Macca he broke everything down step by step, But the next is what I thought was really fantasic is that he was able to transfer all my data from my old iphone6s+ easily transfer completion 10mins tops.
