Betty's Burgers
Poor service failed to deliver the order charged $33 for a Diet Coke and said I should try and get a refund and reorder the service they didn’t provide and pay service fee took over 90 mins for service and responses. Blamed the driver who was standing beside me and then became upset when he asked them to look at cctv of him only taking the order of a drink.

I was here for some ice cream a few weeks ago and the wait was pretty long. Maybe because the staff were still new and it was around lunch hours.Ice cream itself - good sized scoops of ice cream that wasnt too sweet, but I like my ice cream on rich creamier side.Service - It was chaotic and other customers in line were complaining about the long wait. Getting the take out ice cream should not have taken more than 5 minutes. I waited for a while. Maybe 15 minutes? However the server who served the ice cream was attentive and gave a cup to put the ice cream on the side along with a spoon with a big smile!Atmosphere wise Betty's Burger certainly brightened this corner of the shopping centre which had gone through a number of short lived cafes.

Love Betty's Burgers after this experience. My partner and I got milkshakes, served by the lovely staff member Cass.Very thoughtful, kind and caring. Informative about best times to come back for dinner and the app.We're definitely coming back! Thanks Cass.

worth the price. I always order the thick milkshake and deluxe burger! a must try. their milkshake is my favorite. service is excellent.

We had lunch at the Hornsby outlet - Crispy Chicken and Spicy Chicken burgers with sides of onion rings and fries. The ingredients were fresh, cooked well and flavorful. The portion size was average. Onion rings could be rated 5/5.

Tasty burgers, but a bit of a limited range of beef burgers for a burger shop. I had the Betty's Deluxe which had a well cooked and seasoned burger patty with tasty sauces and veges. The chips were thin cut and well seasoned.We sat outside where it was a bit noisy, but that was more to do with general noise in a Westfield. The tables were comfortable and sheltered and not too crowded.Overall, good without being amazing. I'd definitely go back if I was in the area, but if I was craving a burger there are better options.

I have been here 3 times, our first experience was good! The food, the service was pleasant. However, the other two times were atrocious. It took them 30 minutes to make 2 thickshakes when it was quiet. Instead the staff were just having a good old chit chat instead.Second time was for mothers day. The buzzer never went off, food was then given to us 45 minutes later and was cold no drinks provided.When I asked for where the drinks were they said their was an issue and that they would sort it out. took them another 25 minutes at which point I asked for a refund because we just ate our cold food with no drinks. Their was no issue they were just disorganised and clueless. The food and atmosphere can be great but the waiting staff are beyond useless after i asked for a refund for just the drinks they started working on making them by then I was just turned off. Cold food via uber is expected it happens but in a restaurant thats never happened before. The experience was horrible and my advice is go here if you're prepared to be dissapointed and waste your money. (You ruined our mothers day lunch)

Good burgers and pricing. They should give an option to add some leaves/veggies to kids burgers.
